This location is usually so-so acceptable, but tonight was ridiculous and now this 24hr restaurant refuses to answer the phone. I ordered 3 original crispy Jack wraps. That's what my receipt says too. Apparently, the cook doesn't know the difference between pickles & jalapenos. Had to throw all 3 straight in the trash and can't get the store to pickup for a replacement. This is after some shady behavior in the drive through, asking me to pull forward with no one behind me, just to be off the timer. Literally want he said, didn't want the timer to know I was still waiting. Then when it was ready, he wanted me to reverse in the dark back into the drive thru rather than bring it out to me.

This Jack in the box opens at 6:00 a.m. . I got there 6:45 no coffee was made they tried giving me day old coffee warmed up in the microwave WTF.

I orderd double bacon smashed burger and told her no onion. She said oh it doesn't come with it. As soon I got back at work found out there are big sliced onion. Not happy with that burger at all actually with Jack in the box.

Quick Service food is hot. No complaints. I had to take the drive here due to a staff shortage at another location and service was quick.
Coming here either morning or night is a great way to get the fast food cravings taken care of. Their breakfast options are great and the taste/quality is much better than the competition. While serving great coffee and fresh hash browns, the staff has always been very friendly and fast. I recommend this jack in the box for anyone in the area!

This is my favorite Jack in the box they NEVER disappoint I've been coming here for years!! Never had an issue with my food or order . Food is always fresh!! My go to is the chicken sandwich it's always so good & always fresh. Never had an issue with employees or them having attitude what so ever . I myself work fast food as a manager at a BK so I know how it is . This is my go to Jack! Doesn't matter if I'm in Mesa or south phx if I'm craving Jack I'll make the drive just to come to this one.
