Went to take my kids in to use the bathroom while my wife waited outside before we went through the drive through. We had dogs with us and a long drive. They wouldn't allow us to use the restroom before ordering. How ridiculous. Will never be back to this location.

This is perhaps the worst Jack I have ever experienced. In a pinch, had to stop by this morning. Ordered a Supreme Crescent sandwich. It came in a burger bun, and was missing the egg. There was one thin slice of ham and a tiny piece of bacon. That was it. Not tasty. Bad food seems to be the norm at this location.

Worst fast food experience I’ve ever had. This was my first time at jack in the box and it was terrible. The woman taking my order was extremely rude and annoyed that I was there, I was the first in the drive thru line and was met with a long wait time over 5 minutes and was told to wait in the parking lot. When my order arrived it was completely wrong and had to take it back twice before it was correct. An absolute disgrace to any establishment and they should be ashamed of their poor service.
