The only people that work here barely speak English. If you speak Spanish this is your place. Takes a good 20 min if you order in while they serve 5-10 people in the drive through. *eyeroll*Just another cheap (which isn’t that cheap… $16 for the number 5), no substance place. Won’t be returning to this one any time soon

Went thru the drive thru at about 10:20. Ordered a #1 and a jumbo Jack w/ no onions, extra pickles add bacon. When I got home there was no bacon. I tried calling several times and they never answered the phone. So naturally I'm extremely irritated with them and hopefully someone gets back to me to make things right.

Came here for breakfast and the location was well lit clearly open and Can see staff waiting for customer. Order was taken immediately when I drove up by very friendly staff.Food was hot and perfect

Went through the drive through at 4am and they were closed for a half hour. "Their system is down." How can you claim 24hrs when you're missing an hour? Guess that means mobile orders are also down? Try Waffle House a building down from them. Their system seems to be up

I'm finally done vomiting for the night and decided to do this review. After going thru chemo, radiation and living off a feeding tube inserted into my stomach for several months I was finally cleared to eat solid food. The first thing that came to my mind that I really wanted was Jack in the Box. The cashier, after handing my card back to me, asked me to move my vehicle back in the drive thru until the front of my car was behind the window. I thought it was an odd request. He had me pull forward to get my food once it was ready. The whole way home I kept smelling burning rubber. I thought it might be something with my car. Once inside my apartment I realized the smell was coming from inside the Jack bag. Imagine melting a couple rubber bands. That's what it smelled like. I took the bag along with the breakfast burrito (I'm assuming that was what was in the bag) outside to the dumpster. I never even got a chance to eat. The smell was so bad a neighbor asked what was in it. That made me feel a little better knowing it wasn't a side effect from cancer treatment. He said he could smell burnt rubber as I walked by him. I then spent the last few hours vomiting while trying to get the smell out of my apartment. l should have just taken the $10 that was gifted to me and thrown it away. I don't know what happened at this Jack in the Box but I no longer trust it and won't be going back. Thank goodness the neighbor could smell it too which helped me feel a little better and not think it was just me. As I write this, I'm now wondering why they had me back up in the drive thru to keep away from the window. Was there something they didn't want me to see? I don't know. I just know My first attempt at eating after surviving cancer treatment didn't go so well and it looks like I'll be drinking another can of Ensure after my stomach settles.

You think with all the bad reviews this place has been getting lately, on the cold food, and terrible customer service that they'd want to hire new people who actually want to work? I applied online when I called to see how the process with my application was going I was hung up on multiple times. I went in to ask instead the lady behind the counter completely ignored me. I watched her be rude to customers who were already waiting on their food for 30 minutes. I seen a few customers ask to get a refund bc their food was terrible. Management is making this place turn to trash. Hire new people or shut this place down!

This location is horrible, don't waste your time or money. I don't understand what's going on at this location, but they obviously don't care about themselves or their job, they especially don't know how to cook the food or get the order right, I'm telling you please just go to another location. Orders are usually wrong, food tastes nasty, like it used to be really good like all the other Jacks in the world, but this place continues to go downhill, shut it down already ? sheesh.
