Worst Jack in the Box I have ever been to - and that is saying a lot. 100% of the time, online orders have not even been started before arriving negating the whole point of ordering online. For 95% of those, you're standing there waiting at least 5 minutes before order prep begins white employees do nothing but drive-thru for customers who didn't even have the thought to go there before you had already placed your order. 90% of the time the order is wrong. Now, 200% of the time I will not be coming back here.

Elliott has the most incredible customer service! He went out of his way to help my daughter today when her mobile order accidentally went to a different location. Corporate didn’t care and wouldn’t help, but Elliott did! She couldn’t believe just how awesome he was. The food was delicious too. Service was terrible. Manager and cashiers ignore the front counter. They will look directly at you and walk away. And the cook was walking around eating food in front of everyone

Sitting in your drive through at 12:43 am. First I waited a decent amount of time to get my wrong order. Now I'm back in the same line waiting longer for it to be fixed. Also can't drive away I'm stuck here this is bs 45 minute back up? Please add some employees or just close your doors.
