Sitting in your drive through at 12:43 am. First I waited a decent amount of time to get my wrong order. Now I'm back in the same line waiting longer for it to be fixed. Also can't drive away I'm stuck here this is bs 45 minute back up? Please add some employees or just close your doors.

Waited 1 hour and 25 minutes for 3 cars in the drive thru last night, I would have left if I wasn’t trapped in the curbed single lane. When I finally got to the window they said “what did you order?” It wasn’t even being prepared after an hour. Got home, and my nuggets were JALAPEÑO POPPERS, how do you mess that up? If your team can not handle 3 orders from drive thru and delivery orders, CALL IT A NIGHT AND SHUT THE PLACE DOWN! Whomever the General manager/Area Manager is should be ashamed and embarrassed!
