I want to share my recent experience. One of the employees I believe his name was Yefferson — was very unprofessional, rude, and came across as harassing. His behavior made me feel uncomfortable, and I don’t think any customer should be treated that way. However, I do want to point out that the restaurant itself was extremely clean, and the food was amazing. The in person experience was great overall, but the customer service from that particular employee definitely needs improvement.

Food was hot and ready. Service was excellent! Interior is in dire need of a refresh/update.
If your hungry at 3am, and want Jack, too bad, they have the laziest staff. They will actually tell you their systems are down and can't take orders or theirs fryers are down. Who does this. Well this place does.

If I could have canceled my online order I would have. There was 5 employees working and I stood at the counter 5 minutes being completely ignored.

Passcode bathroom doors.
Kiosk order inside, except it was set for employee login. Had to wait until someone came in for delivery for then to notice me. They got the order wrong. Gave me a dirty look and mumbled under her breath, and I know enough Spanish to know what she said. Food was ok. None of the tables were clean. I was really looking forward to having jack on the box, I guess that feeling has come and gone.

Ordered a burger combo and the burger itself was hot, fresh, and cheesy. The drink was ice-cold and the order was packed well for takeout. The only downside was the fries — most were good, but a few tasted like they’d been sitting too long.
Still a decent experience overall, just not quite 5-star worthy.

I'm so mad, i paid for a drink through the self serve kiosk but when i got my order i was told they no longer sell it even though it's in there system and i aready paid for it! The girl up fron didn't even try to compensate me. I paid 6$ to get a 3$ drink i didn't even order. If I could give this location a zero star I would. When I order something I expect to get what I paid for! Or at least compensated for something around the same price, if not an added free item for the misunderstanding!

You don't see good quality of food/customer service now a days at fast food. Today was a surprise though, thank you to the manager who helped me today, young gentleman with tattoos one his face. Super nice! Food was hot and fresh.

Worst Jack in the Box I have ever been to - and that is saying a lot. 100% of the time, online orders have not even been started before arriving negating the whole point of ordering online. For 95% of those, you're standing there waiting at least 5 minutes before order prep begins white employees do nothing but drive-thru for customers who didn't even have the thought to go there before you had already placed your order. 90% of the time the order is wrong. Now, 200% of the time I will not be coming back here.

Elliott has the most incredible customer service! He went out of his way to help my daughter today when her mobile order accidentally went to a different location. Corporate didn’t care and wouldn’t help, but Elliott did! She couldn’t believe just how awesome he was. The food was delicious too. Thank you Elliott you’ve got 2 new happy customers who will be returning
Went there at Midnight on a Sunday. Everything was pretty good. Service with a smile and hot food after hours. Thank you very much!

Manager and cashiers ignore the front counter. They will look directly at you and walk away.
And the cook was walking around eating food in front of everyone
