The cashier tanners got an attitude, gave me a to go order with not bag to hold the food and had such an attitude doing so. Like dude if you hate your life so much working at Jamba Juice then don’t work there?

reviews weren’t lying. very rude, unprofessional, and poorly trained staff. walked up to place my order, and before i could finish my sentence the cashier cuts me off to talk to her friend on the other side of the counter. after i let her finish her conversation she goes “sorry about that.” so i proceed to order an açaí bowl. she again, looks away at her friend in the middle of placing my order and she says “we’re not doing açaí bowls until 12.” it was 10am btw. so i left because this made no sense to me. just go to shake smart.
Ordered a large and the cup wasn't even close to full. The smoothies here are also not thick at all and are just basically juice.

I wish I saw the reviews before ordering there. All the previous complaints were true. Very unenthusiastic and unprofessional staff. The cashier girl was coughing. I wish she put on a mask when feeling sick. There is no freshness in the smoothie, which was mostly from a juice blend. Will pass in the future.

I have been ordering here for a while and today I watched the worker pick and scratch his nose, then proceed to touch our food ungloved while periodically reaching into his ear to adjust his airpod. All of which was over our food and then ungloved. Staff is regularly very short/rude with customers, but it's in the MU so that's to be expected, but that was just plain gross.
Ordered a bowl and one of the employee cut the banana with no gloves and itched his nose . Disgusting ?.

Not that great. Also, they dont have juices, they only have smoothies.

TURNED AWAY CUSTOMERS 8 MINUTES BEFORE CLOSING. Cashier is rude and standoffish.
