It is a beautiful and lovely place but…. The ladies that work there are so rude and none of them have sense of customer service , no one working was happy, and they were so rude.
The way they greet you at the coffee counter were so unhappy and the way they take the order oh my goodness wow who ever runs this place need to be in more. Because you have a beautiful coffee shop.
Your people don’t represent it in that manner.
I came from 2 hours away to visit your place and was so disappointed.

Went to this cute coffee shop thinking it would be a very cozy and friendly environment and was wondering if they were hiring. I asked the cashier while i was ordering if they would be hiring anytime soon, she said she wasn’t sure and went to get her manager. When I asked the manager she looked me up and down and said “i’m just gonna be honest with you, no.” in a very hostile tone. I just assumed she was having a bad day or something and that they wouldn’t be hiring anytime soon. Not even a week later, they posted on instagram that they were hiring new baristas. I just couldn’t help but feel that that was a little personal and I will not be going back. On top of that, the coffee wasn’t the best.

I went here for the first time for my little sisters birthday and all I can say is how happy I am to have finally found a third space! The environment is so cozy and cute, and the drinks and service just add to it. Anyone can have a cute coffee shop right?

Our barista, Fiona, not only made recommendations for what to drink (we were so overwhelmed), but understood the flavor profile we were looking for and recommended based on bitter vs sweet. You can tell they really care about their customers and take pride in their craft.

Not to mention the fact that it’s also a floral shop? You can create your own, buy a premade bouquet, or buy by the stem!

I’ll definitely be back.

Such a beautiful place! The flowers are beautiful and they ate everywhere 😍 the mix of coffee and flowers smells amazing ❤️ but the coffee..... you have to try the honey bee iced , so creamy tasty. I just wish they had one in central phoenix because I would be there everyday

This is my first time leaving a review anywhere but I just couldn’t not tell everyone how fantastic this place is. I wish I lived closer so I could come here all the time.
My first sip of my Flower Crown coffee was heavenly. Magic in a cup. And I’ve had MANY a latte over the years. I’m tempted to make a 30 min drive each day just to have it to make my morning perfect again & again.
Got a bagel on a different visit & holy. crap. If it wasn’t 8am I’d be convinced I was drunk & hadn’t eaten in hours, never have I loved a food so much while sober before. A couple people had commented that my bagel smelled good as I left & I wanted to run back in to tell them that it was AMAZING but it felt mean (I got the last one.)
Staff is awesome. Super nice, super attentive. They were training someone one of the days I was in & she seemed really happy to be there too. Always a good sign! You can tell the regulars love it there & it’s definitely the environment.
Lovely shop, can’t wait till my work brings me to the area again soon. Though I may just need to come on a day off as well. EVERYTHING about this place is amazing & it’s worth the trip!!

I loved the avocado toast; it was delicious. The coffee wasn't fresh, but I still enjoyed it. The staff were very nice, and the place was cute and pleasant.

Although a very good overall experience and the hot green tea was absolutely outstanding!!!...my old school mentality is no whispering by staff especially when customers can see you. The three young folks did just that and unfocused on orders and moreso the patrons. I just struggle with that behavior.... it's simply rude in my opinion which is why 3 star service. I grew up in the restaurant business with my father, that was simply not permitted.
