Maybe you guys should change your hours since they don’t want to serve anyone after 830. Refused my service since they didn’t “feel” like cutting meat after cleaning the machine.

Owner of this location please do something about Sergio. He is very rude and makes the food bad. There are way too many bad reviews on Sergio to let him continue to treat customers this way. I put a complaint into corporate and franchise headquarters. I would really love to talk to the owner about his issues that have been going on since the store opened.

This company is a joke! I will not ever purchase anything from them ever again. Nothing but kids.
Even the manager is a kid. Very unprofessional and unethical.

I am pregnant and my husband and I loved to go to jersey mikes multiple times a week. However we are very concerned with the staff at this location and will not be back. We came in yesterday night before close and the employee tried to tell us they are closing and can not make us a sandwich. I made him aware that it is not 9 yet and he was became rude and unprofessional making us extremely uncomfortable. Once he came back with the slicer to take our order I tried to order a hot sandwich (as I am pregnant and can not eat cold deli meat) he told us that the grill was off. At this point we left. As someone who has worked at fast food restaurants including Jersey mikes, this staff should be aware that they should not close down their store until the posted closing time. I will be calling to escalate this issue as well. The staffs attitude and unprofessionalism is unacceptable and disappointing.

I love Jery Mike's but this time I ordered 2 subs and they both were drenched in oil after I took the first night my hands were so greasy like I was eating greasy fried chicken

The food is as nasty as the worker’s attitudes and the cleanliness of this spot leaves a lot to be desired! I walked out and didn’t purchase anything and will never purchase anything from this store.

I told the guy making my samdwich “lettuce and onion only”. He slapped and mayo on it and i said “sorry no mayo”. He then just scraped it off. And then refused to make a new top for it.

Sergio failed to make menu sandwich correctly. When called to address this problem the manager told me they would not replace the sandwich unless I came back and gave them back the sand which that was messed up. Unable to go back they flat out told me “Then there nothing I can do for you”. Horrible work ethic and customer service

Sandwich very poorly cut. Who cuts a Sandwich like this--stupid!!! And not cut all the way through.

I swear,,, yall want 15-20 bucks per hr to do what??? Constantly eff stuff up!!! Straight morons!!!!! I remember the first time I had jersey mikes in 2010 back in the Carolinas somewhere while traveling for work,, I. fell in love with the food and the staff.. now since it came to az years ago i was excited.. not anymore.. every store opened here sucks!!!!
You understand that people have to spend time and fuel to drive to you just to realize they get shafted when driving back home
.. you all suck at life,,, workers these days are a waste of oxygen....
And don't try to call them with your dilemma cause the phones don't freaking work
