Jersey Mike's Subs

PLEASE retrain EVERY SINGLE sub maker your company has. I'm being Serious! These kids couldn't make a sandwich to save their lives if it meant NOT DROWNING the bread every time....
STOP PUTTING SO MUCH VINEGAR AND OLIVE OIL ON!!!! Change the size of the caps or something. Even when I ask them to stop they keep going. It messes with their programmed training and they can't break the spell. Y'all suck at making sandwiches nowadays......and this goes to the rest of the shops around the valley. Same thing no matter the location. RIDICULOUS!
I wish it was 5 years ago so I can have a good sandwich again.

Great sub sandwiches. You can customize your sandwiches based on what condiments, lettuce, tomatoes, peppers, pickles, onions, etc. We get the rosemary parmesian bread.

I really like the subs here but the 3 people they have here are about the worst customer service you could get. Its so bad i dont think ill be back here actually they have one guy who just seems like hes lost and the other two are super rude they toss things at you instead of handing you things. They are just overall very rude.

Disgusting! Disgusting! Disgusting! Honestly the worst sandwich establishment I’ve ever been to. I was excited when it was announced as a new business in our area as I’ve never been to a Jersey Mikes. I thought there’s no way they can be worse than Subway. Wow was I wrong… Don’t bother writing into corporate as they don’t handle this location. Plus the owner clearly didn’t care about my issues. I went to this location two times and each time the sandwich was inedible. The bread was so soggy and wet that you couldn’t even pick it up without it falling apart. I would highly recommend going to literally any restaurant over Jersey Mikes based off my two visits at this exact location.

Been thoroughly disappointed with this location and the people who are working on the evenings during the week. Website says closes at 9pm, but twice now my husband has gone at 8-8:15PM and it was closed. No signs on the door saying it was closing early.

Disappointed by the level of service. My wife placed a app order and I went and picked it up. So far so good. Got home and my wife's sandwich was wrong. Went back up, did not complain, I know mistakes happen. Got back home with the second sandwich and it was wrong again. My wife called up and was as pleasant as can be and got treated back with a super negative attitude. The manager told her "I am failing to understand why you cant just pick it off yourself". Horrible service, somehow it's OUR fault that they keep messing up. It's fine, it's a lesson learned, I just won't give this establishment my money ever again.

My husband loves Jersey Mike’s and always buy me a portobello mushroom sandwich. This time it wasn’t made well and didn’t look or taste like portobello mushrooms. Will have to think again before I go back.

Not sure what is going on but the two guys behind the counter have very poor customer service. And it was from the very beginning. Very short and just rude. I usually will not say nothing but when they treated certain people nicer than me and my coworker..... not cool.

Sergio rang me up, but had to refund the online order my husband made as I was driving there to order due to the phones NOT being answered. I asked if they were having trouble and Sergio blamed it on their internet not working properly. I’d believe it, if it was the first time we haven’t been able to get through. My husband called to tell me he ordered online also so I jumped up to tell them not to make both orders. Sergio got an attitude and said “ok” with a nasty facial expression. Then I get home and the cheese is all to one side of the sub and not even melted. They took two minutes to make it and made it poorly with bad service to boot. This was an extra large sub so picture shown is only 1/2 of it. Normally we have good luck here, but it was so bad I decided to take the time to write this review. Looking at the cook, he only had one other ticket up beside mine and no one in the waiting area.

Bk to bk going and the bread is not meeting normal jersey standards as other stores in Phoenix and surrounding areas. I mentioned the bread and thy still served less quality bread. Not satisfied at all!!! I will b bk with sandwich and request full refund . I would rather drive elsewhr for a btr jersey sandwich.
