Guy at front claims he’s manager and won’t give his name. Made food wrong over and over and wouldn’t just make me a simple chicken cali cheesesteak. This place is a joke with him. Never again!

SPEND OVER $70 3X A WEEK AS AN ACTIVE DUTY MILITARY MEMBER AND AND A WIFE AS A CHRONIC CARE NURSE THE 2 EMPLOYEES WERE HAPPY TO REMAKE IT BUT NO, THE ASIAN INTERRUPTED AND REMADE IT WRONG ON PURPOSE. GOT ALL THE WAY HOME ONLY TO HAVE THE SUB WRONG AGAIN!!!!DROVE BACK UP AGAIN, TO BEG AND PLEAD FOR THE SANDWICH ORIGINALLY ORDERED AND HE ARGUED OVER THE SUB!!! Ordered from door dash got my sandwich 7 min it took for them to get here not bad, my sandwich was smashed and all soggy, I couldn't even eat it $17 bucks down the hole I was very disappointed.

Overall, I really like Jersey’s Mikes as a brand but this location has some work to do. This is a new location so I’m giving them a little grace. I’ve ordered online 4 separate times and all 4 times something was wrong. Twice I was missing a sandwich and twice my sandwiches were not made to order. I’m not a Karen so I didn’t say anything but I think it’s fair to just advise anyone to just go in and order if you want to make sure your sandwiches are correct. They don’t pay attention to specific requests on online orders. So be aware that if you order online, at least one of your sandwiches will be wrong. Otherwise, they are very delicious.

Good service by friendly people. The subs are really good, made the way you request. I am impressed by how clean they keep the restaurant. Every time I visit, it is very clean. Great place for a good meal with plenty of options.
I have had the worst experiences , twice at this location. Sergio is the manager and is the worst to deal with. I went to order a sandwich and I didn't realize they just make them without asking you what you want on. He became very disrespectful towards my wife and I and even went as far as to say we will never make as money as him . He refused to give us his name and answer who the manager was. He would not even try to fix the situation and just said oh well that's how we so it here. This is the 3rd time I've eaten here and every time is HORRIBLE be of him. I've had to deal with him each time . I WOULD HIGHLY SUGGEST TO NOT GOTO THIS LOCATION!!! This place is the worst and will make up regret going !!!!

I have been to this Jersey mikes several times. I would say that 8/10 times, my order is messed up in some way. The food is good so I continue to go back. But it is absolutely ridiculous that they can never get an order correct. Whether it's in store or online order, ALWAYS wrong. I have gone back in to get a replacement sandwich and there is one guy in there who is always rude! He argued and argued with me that he would not remake my sandwich when it was clearly wrong. Two times in a row now I have ordered online and asked for special instructions that are not followed. What is the point of having a 'special instructions' space when it's not going to be followed??? The restaurant itself is clean and nice, but staff needs to be improved!

Came for my 8th time since this location opened. All 8 times I order the exact same thing, 43, with no onion. I'm sitting here returning my 4th sub that had onions on it (it's a hot sub that they cover with cheese so you can't pick them off). Everyone here is always nice, good service, I just don't understand why they don't read off the slip at the grill that I watch them write that says no onions.
