3rd time here. The food is great. Usually the staff is perfect. However picking up tonight I walked in with an employee facing away from me on her phone. When I got her attention I gave her the name on the order and was told " oh we're still working on that one" . I look around and see one other employee cleaning tables. She then proceeds to walk almost to the back and take another 5 minutes finishing what she was doing on her phone. Been 10 minutes now and I think they are going to help this walk in customer before I see the pickup order.

Jersey Mike's is my favorite sub place now. My only complaint would be that when I walk in, I usually have to wait while the employees are busy making online delivery orders. Otherwise, I love their subs.

My 15-year-old recommended this place and ever since then it’s been a really great place to go to although a few times the girls seem to have an attitude, but the food is really good and will continue to come back

I have come here twice now. The first time the employees acted like you were bothering them being there. I came back to give it another chance and it was just as bad. The girl was very short in her taking my order and seemed like I was bothering her being there. After I ordered she had someone else make the sandwich and just sat down on a box to talk to another employee.This is the worst Jersey Mikes that I’ve been to.

Do you want a really authentic sub? You are In the right place. The bread is always fresh the meat is always sliced to order. Fresh lettuce really makes a great sub.

This associate at the location on Rural and Baseline on Tuesday night was excellent! They were about to close but she was very attentive and and willing to help. She remembered the orders and prepared them all by herself. Fast, friendly and thorough. Food was great too Great job!

Purchased giant philly, no cheese on gluten free roll $3.00 extra. Half for dinner, the other half for lunch next day, B4 going out of town. Along with 2 other sandwiches $31 order. Started eating, only 2 realize the bread I was eating was not gluten free. For me, this means 3 day tummy ache. Called & told them I wud b bringing back when I got back in town, along with my tummy ache for 3 days, cost too much 2 toss. Took back sandwich, no receipt, it got tossed. The cashier was looking 4 order in register, the sandwich was right there. I wanted replaced on gluten free bread that I paid for, was refused. I asked for a email or phone # of gm, was told she did not have it. I've wondered why this store is empty anytime I've been next door. I will advise ASU & American Airlines employees about issue I had along with alot of other negative reviews this location is giving bad rap to Jersey Mike's. Still very upset!
