I literally repeated my order no onions, no peppers and what happens when I come to eat my sandwich at my house onions and peppers all over my sandwich. I really don’t know hard it is To follow directions as simple as finding ingredients for a sandwich, I will never go back to Jersey Mike’s your service. The place was disgusting and I will never go back.

Ordered a PCS yesterday and was really good. Today I order two as it wasn’t big enough to fill me for the whole day. Got them but they absolutely do not taste the same as yesterday. Very very disappointing

Went to purchase a sandwich there yesterday the counter was full of bread crumbs the meat slicer wasn't clean, but the worst thing of was the employee used a pickup order sandwich to wipe off the counter. I asked for the store number 928 and left it will never back. Very unsanitary.

The sandwichs always rock of course, but the service needs some training. I went to get unsweetened iced tea because I am diabetic and they got the batches mixed up. This can be very dangerous for someone like myself so I brought it up to the staff and they said they know and choose to do nothing about it. A simple sign would have been good enough.

I don't know who the hell in charge of making cookies, but my job ordered about 200 lunch boxes and all the cookies were burned! Hard as a rock! I think one guy chipped his tooth! Crazy! It's like they forgot the cookies were baking and didn't want to waste them

We come here not because this is closest to our place but we find the staff friendly and approachable but this time, it is a total different experience. We have to wait longer than usual and our usual Hot Sub came cold and doesn’t look appetizing. Same place, same order but the people are different perhaps the staff before were way better.

I don’t know why I come back here. I’ve been there 5 times and 5 times they’ve messed up my order. Different person each time so instead of a poor employee, it is just a poor staff as a whole

Coming from out of town. Ordered online, came in to pick up and the cashier / worker was very rude and sarcastic. In any type of service, remember to be courteous to retain repeat customers.
