I love this place and usually I have a great experience all the time... But this was the worst service and Worst made sandwich I have ever gotten. The Franchise owner of this place should be ashamed of the way their employees act and the attitudes they have here today. Wow is all I can say. The Fact that they Tried to charge me twice on extra MEAT and Extra Cheese is wild
I am okay with being charged once on Extras But twice and then when I catch their mistake and tell them their mistake and they Pop an attitude with me like I did something wrong is unexpectable.... After that they proceeded to make my sandwich Throwing things on there that I told them Not to Like bacon because I do not eat pork and the presentation looks horrible. The GM or Owner needs to be reported to corporate if these are the kind of employees they are hiring this was upsetting. I WILL NEVER GO BACK HERE AGAIN.. An I eat here 3 times a week they lost My Business.

Amazing food and service. Went in Thursday around closing. I hate coming in and being one of those people that keeps the store open, but daisy took care of me and made sure I was still welcomed in. Absolutely loved the sandwich. Thank you jerseys mikes and daisy.
