Great food but a few minor things. Floors could have been a bit cleaner in the lobby, looks like it could've used a good mop. As well as some minor things on employee operations (im a former employee) but nothing major of note. Overall great, efficient crew with a sense of urgency and a desire to keep the line moving.

Food was great as always, everything made in good time despite how busy it was.

Been a longtime fan of Jersey Mike's, particularly their #13 Italian, Big Kahuna (Regular and Chicken) Cheese Steaks, and Club Supreme subs. We've seen many Jersey Mike's sandwiches over the years, but on this particular night, Trinity prepared a giant Italian sub that was especially satisfying and very nicely prepared. I daresay it's probably the most photogenic Jersey Mike's sub I've ever seen, so I posted a review just for it and hope the pics...

Just picked up a sandwich made by the artist Yurial (Don't judge me spelling of his name). I asked him to surprise me with whatever he wanted to make me and he did not disappoint. Main reason for this review is to bring attention to Yurial for his amazing hospitality to cater to a odd request with such ease. The smile on his face is what we hope to see behind a counter.
