Its unfortunate to write this review, but I have noticed a decline in service at this location for about a month. I order pretty regularly and I tip well, 18-20% sometimes in cash. I have noticed that my orders the past few times, I order at least once a week, have been 45 min to an hour for delivery from of order. Also, my orders have been wrong. Yes some of the general details are correct, like the type of sandwich, but the add ons, or modifications, usually one or two are not done. I tried calling the store today but I called them about 3 times with no answer.

Awesome team. Ask the team for sandwich suggestions, Ken doesn't disappoint! The music is a little bit muffled, so it doesn't sound great. Otherwise it's a great spot for sammies before or after a long day of fun.

There food is good but JJ's food is way over priced and there rewards program is a joke. After buying tons of meals all they are willing to give me for the rewards is a overpriced bag of chips.

sub was made like trash, brought it home and all the bacon was on the outside of the sandwich, and barely any mayo… it’s college kids feeding college kids that fail to realize there’s other people in the area that aren’t children. Avoid. Blondie was also obviously high
