When I first walked in the place, I noticed that it was very clean and the counter and people that work behind the counter was very eager to serve. I asked what was good and it was suggested that I tried to Sicilian and I was not disappointed. I made it a combo meal And added the most fantastic lemonade and potato salad that I’ve had in a long time when I bid into the Sicilian, there was a gush of flavors that hit me in the main that stood out the most was the sauce reminded me of those sauces back east I grew up with all the Italian chefs. Do you taste the basil or you can taste the oregano and then all the meats that were stacked on it they were just wonderfully the bun. The French roll. Italian roll was toasted to perfection hello titty crunch and flavor all popular with the meats that were obviously sautéed you cooked your perfection and the cheese while the cheese absolutely wonderful experience. I suggest anybody that is over here in Tempe Arizona especially after a good football game. Come check this out small little side pocket treat.

So disappointed in store #4054. I am a regular Jimmy John's customer, but will no longer be ordering from this location. I placed an order at 1:20pm. After about 20 minutes, I checked the tracking and it showed that it was out for delivery. At 2:05pm (45 minutes after ordering) I decide to call the store to check on it. The lady was not apologetic at all, and told me that I would receive my order in 20 minutes and the driver has had my sandwich, but is caught up with other deliveries.... I waited another 15 minutes and decided that it would be gross to eat a toasted sandwich that was sitting in someones car for AT LEAST 45 minutes. I called back and asked the gentleman to cancel my order, and he responded so rudely and matter of fact - again, no apology or customer service. I remained kind and calm the whole time on the phone and he spoke to me as if I was in the wrong for canceling my order after waiting an hour for my food.

Thought I was ordering your standard size sandwich turns out I received a 16 inch that I didn’t want nor did I intend on ordering. The order must have updated to the larger size and I didn’t notice. The order ended up being $40 with the delivery fee which is absurd for one person. I could have eaten at fancy restaurant or gotten two chipotle bowls for the price of this sandwich. I called the manager to explain and see why I received this giant sandwich but she declined to make any corrections or even apologize. Now I have probably at least 10 inches of a sandwich I’m not intending on eating. What a waste! Don’t order here.

I ordered a #4 the other day and the lady Katee was very nice to speak with. The sandwich was really good and I appreciate the fast service. Pleasant atmosphere and good prices.
I was having a horrible day and ordered through the app. I came in pretty quickly after my order was placed. The guy was nice enough to ask me a question about my order and I realized he had a wrap instead of bread. This man was so kind and immediately didn’t hesitate to grab some bread! HOWEVER, he took the bread out of my sandwich(I didn’t realize that’s how the turkey Tom came) AND HE AGAIN GOT A NEW PIECE OF BREAD FOR ME! This man almost made me cry for how nice he was. 10/10 would recommend

Had catering set up thru AZ sandwich company for a work event. They canceled 1 hr before it was supposed to be delivered. Immediately ordered a catering selection from Jimmy John’s and they had it there an hour later. Thanks for saving my day, will definitely be ordering from you guys again but with better advance notice!

This JJ just got me sick from food poisoning just spent the last 18hr in complete hell. Who ever owns or runs this location. There were 4 employees just standing around more concerned about the conversation than stocking, cleaning and actually doing any work yesterday. And it was either bad tomatoes or lettuce not being kept to temp that got me sick. Thank the lord I only ate 1/4 of the sandwich cause if I ate the full thing idk if I would be writing this. Shame on you and your employees at this location.
