When I first walked in the place, I noticed that it was very clean and the counter and people that work behind the counter was very eager to serve. I asked what was good and it was suggested that I tried to Sicilian and I was not disappointed. I made it a combo meal And added the most fantastic lemonade and potato salad that I’ve had in a long time when I bid into the Sicilian, there was a gush of flavors that hit me in the main that stood out the most was the sauce reminded...

I was having a horrible day and ordered through the app. I came in pretty quickly after my order was placed. The guy was nice enough to ask me a question about my order and I realized he had a wrap instead of bread. This man was so kind and immediately didn’t hesitate to grab some bread! HOWEVER, he took the bread out of my sandwich(I didn’t realize that’s how the turkey Tom came) AND HE AGAIN GOT A NEW PIECE OF BREAD FOR ME! This man almost made me cry for how nice he was....

Had catering set up thru AZ sandwich company for a work event. They canceled 1 hr before it was supposed to be delivered. Immediately ordered a catering selection from Jimmy John’s and they had it there an hour later. Thanks for saving my day, will definitely be ordering from you guys again but with better advance notice!
