Thought I'd give this location another go after more than a year of avoiding them. I ordered two slim threes (bread and tuna salad). What I received was one spoonful of meat that's only on half the sandwich and all of the toppings for a regular three on both sandwiches (lettuce, cheese, tomato). A waste of $$.

I would give 0 stars if I could. Today is my Birthday and I ordered Jimmy John’s at 8:28 pm. They close at 9:00 pm. They accepted my order, but then canceled it, without letting me know. I only found out when I saw it was refunded to my bank account. The birthday coupon was reapplied to my JJ account quickly but now my payment is on hold and tied up. Don’t say you are open until a certain time and then leave early. That is bad business in my opinion. Customers depend on you. I am extremely disappointed.

I had food delivered 2/10 for dinner. Right after I finished the sandwich and chips I began vomiting violently. This is the second time this had happened last time was 12/23. Only times I have vomited in over 10 years. I used to get a lot of subs delivered before 12/23 but had cut back since then. The 2 sandwiches were different so i am nit sure uf there is a hygiene issue. I have been picking up at another location since Dec with no issues.

My wife went there today at 840pm and was treated so badly, you would have thought she showed up at 859 and ordered 40 sandwiches. She ordered 2 sandwiches and the girl that was working said outloud, so I could hear it over the phone, "I can't believe someone came in, all the stuff is already put away." This is horrible, if you don't want to make sandwiches at 840, close at 830!!! The customer shouldn't be made to feel bad they are patronizing the store.

Had great service from Celina. She made my food quickly but Also it wasn't sloppy and I could tell she made it with love. I reccomend this location specifically if you enjoy Jimmy John's because they really follow the guidelines for bread freshness, the store is very clean, and the soda fountain uses the nice crushed ice. There's also plenty of parking at this one ,
Vegetarian options: Veggie sandwich, can add additional veggies for free
Dietary restrictions: Any sandwich can be made as a gluten free lettuce wrap with the understanding that bread is present / prepared near the rest of the food
Parking: The lot is somewhat hilly but is connected all the way to the sonic lot
Wheelchair accessibility: This location is wheelchair accessible, but doesn't have automatic doors
