Buddy making the sandwiches with the grease lightnin’ hair cut today was so rude I thought I was in a prank show. The food tasted like air and tap water with a side of chips. Should’ve just gone to the chipotle 60 feet away.

I ordered online and it said my order would arrive between 7:10 and 7:30. At 745 I started calling for an update and no one ever answered the phone. Needless to say I never received my order and am out $40. I tried to report many times and got no where.

It's a sandwich shop that specializes in making tasty sandwiches with too little filling, at an increasingly higher price. In my youth, we used to call their bread "torpedo bread" because it was long and narrow, and it's filled with a faint glimmer of the meats you ask for... But damn it all if it doesn't taste good. Don't worry about the lines, there aren't any. More is there space for a group to eat... Take it and go. I don't know why they bother with seats at all.

I arrived at this sandwich shop at 8:38pm to order two quick vegetarian sandwiches. The staff were clearly annoyed that someone would dare to come to their “freaky fast” restaurant almost a half an hour before it’s posted and advertised that they close at 9pm. This is not a white tablecloth.. dine in restaurant. Jimmy John’s doesn’t even had servers. It’s literally a line assembly of sandwiches. It’s essentially fast food.. “freaky fast” in fact- just without the beef and fries. Vegetarian sub sandwiches don’t require cooking.. and they hardly require any culinary effort whatsoever. The woman making the sandwiches had obviously already poisoned the well of morale in the staff that night.. because she audibly said “we have everything packed up, and people dont need to be coming in for sandwiches”. The other employee, a younger guy, seemed anxious and definitely influenced by her terrible attitude. God forbid.. someone come into the restaurant where you’ve packed up completely a half an hour before your posted closing time ?. It was absurd. I was embarrassed for both of them that they were being so immature and so unoriginal. I was half annoyed, and half amused. Because they were like characters from the movie “Waiting”. Their general disdain for their jobs and for me being a customer was so palpable and they made almost no attempt at hiding it. The younger male cashier did seem to realize, in the moment, the absurdity of the sandwich maker’s attitude… and sort of course corrected mid-transaction. Look.. it’s not uncommon to feel like the last half hour other day drags a bit at work.. but if you don’t want to be selling sandwiches at 8:38 or 8:40, then close at 8:30. But don’t allow your employees to sabotage your patronage in such a ridiculous and avoidable way. I will never want to go to this location.: I felt almost GUILTY for spending my $30 on two veg sub sandwiches that were missing half the ingredients. If I were the owner or regional manager- I would do a major training on basic etiquette with customers and a deeper dive even, into how perspective changes the outcome of experience.and I would teach them
Vegetarian options: There’s definitely not enough variety of vegetables. Even subway has more vegetables than Jimmy John’s.

I love this location, it's walking distance from work easy to put in my order online or in the store. It should be nice to be able to tip work a card in the store or online. If you don't have cash you aren't able to tip. Never a complaint other than that.

Jimmy John's is best known for speed and you can always count on fast service. Are they the best subs? Ehhh.. they are good, but I wouldn't say great. I like the French ?

I'm editing my review. They made up for it by bringing my chips and a brownie. Kudos for the effort. Thank you.
