Best soft serve ice cream outside of going to philly. I love their water ice too, nice and smooth. If anyone wonders if there is a difference between snow cones, italian ice or water ice, it is. Joes is top notch

First timer and I like the old school vibe.

Wonderful experience. Staff was extremely polite and helpful. Atmosphere is really wonderful. Overall, perfect stop after a long trip to relax with some Italian Ice. 10/10 would enjoy again.

A great selection of flavors, both dairy (ice cream) and non dairy (Italian ice), and a mix of both! Every visit here I've been greeted with their flavor of the day, which have all been great. Also, the service has been exceptional and friendly each time. However, the soft serve is a bit too thick, but not gross or inedible; just different. Overall a great place for a cool snack and a cool little atmosphere.

Love their Lattes. Kinda gained a bit too much weight over a rough period cause of this place :p

Parking: Parking lot along building and bigger lot nearby. Always had parking near it though.

Two words-DOLE WHIP!!! Just like Disneyland.
Their “ices” taste JUST like ice cream as well. Some sort of sorcery.
AND-if you would like delicious beer and tacos-catalyst crafted ales is a few doors down.

This place is AMAZING! I haven't had better icy desserts in the Valley. Everything is good and their milk-based ices must contain some sort of sorcery because they taste like rich ice cream

This place is so neat! Decorated like a 50s diner and Christmas decor (we are here in December), it's quite the sight.

Staff was so welcoming and generous, letting us try various flavours and also giving us food recommendations on pairing our flavour choices.

I loved the tart red raspberry with my dole whip for the Joe Latti. A dialed down version would be strawberry, bada bing cherry (with REAL cherry) and watermelon.
My raspberry had seeds in it and I know that they care about ingredients :)

The cookie and cream Italian ice is also lovely! Lots of cookies in each bite.

I've only been through the drive-through. I love this place. Almost every flavor is amazing, and every employee is super friendly.

So gross. Ordered the banana split and it was a bunch of soft serve with different jellies on top. The inside is odd.

The first time we tried it, we loved it. There is a flavor of the day, so you always have different flavors beside the regular ones. I recommend the Joe Latti 👌.

Plenty of parking nearby and in the surrounding plaza, and there are accessible spots with ramps. There's also a drive-through as well which is neat for an ice-cream spot. Quite a few cars were queued up though at drive through which meant a longer wait for walk-in customers. Looks like though there was only one person working there, so that makes sense, and once you get checked out- then getting your ice-cream is pretty quick.

The Italian ice looked pretty good and decent size cup - and the ice had just the right amount of chill and texture. I would recommend though against their cherry flavor as it had a heavy cough syrup medicine taste unfortunately. Maybe, their other flavors are better

The highlight though of this location to me at least was the interior decor. It was like a mini museum/ trip back in time. I'd definitely recommend coming inside. The music playing along with 3 rows of historical artifacts along with other memorabilia plastering the walls made me feel like I had travelled back in time. Excellent ambience!

I usually have only pleasant experiences in Joes, however tonight I left empty handed. A gentleman on a run came in and asked to use the bathroom. He was respectful and very clearly in the middle of a run. The employees said it wasn’t allowed, which is fair, but he wasn’t homeless and genuinely just needed to use the restroom. They doubled down and he offered to buy ice cream for us. Only then did they let him use the bathroom. More than 8 dollars he spent to use the restroom in an empty ice cream shop. It was such an uncomfortable experience watching 3 employees back to back have poor customer service. I am a server and was genuinely appalled at the lack of care. I know Big Joe will be fine with 25 less dollars, but man I hope the manager or whoever is running that place has a convo with staff.
