Food quality: 1.6/5 Food was overcooked yet still cold, several requested additions like extra tomato or lettuce were not provided. Sauce in side not brought or on the food. If you had allergies or dietary restrictions. I guarantee you they would be ignored.

Service: 1.2/5 We were not informed about automatic gratuity with our party with children. Milkshakes did not come out until after everyone had already paid and boxed their food. Manager refused to do anything, this is the normal. Server was neglectful and rude. My experience with the server was they are very clearly abusing automatic gratuity so why try.

No major issues stood out, a few dirty tables. Nothing notable in a positive way either.

The atmosphere was pleasant, everything original and dated.

Value for money: 1.1/5 Multiple upcharges were added that were not listed on the menu, automatic gratuity totaled $26 even with separate checks, making the experience feel overpriced and frustrating overall. I would not recommend.

I have been coming to this Johnny Rockets for the past 13 years. They never disappoint.
Customer service is always on point. You are always treated as a priority and cared for. You are never forgotten about. The food is amazing. Always fresh and they always make sure you are satisfied with your food. I have been to the Arrowhead location as well as the Scottsdale Fashion Square location and I still prefer to come to AZ Mills due to the professionalism, great customer service and great food. My favorite has always been the chili cheese fries and the malts (milkshakes). They are amazing!!!!!! I highly recommend going to this location!!!!!!

I had lunch at the Johnny Rockets inside Arizona Mills, and I want to give a shoutout to our server, Keiyona. She was the only server working the whole restaurant, and even though things got really busy, she still held it down and kept everything moving.

I ordered a meal with fries, shake, and a sandwich without bacon for my daughter and me, but a few pieces of bacon ended up on it by mistake 2x. When I let her know the 2nd time, she got the manager, Chris, right away. They handled it professionally — took it off the bill and made a fresh sandwich.

I could tell she was a little frustrated (understandably, given how busy it was), but she still did her job and made sure things were made right. That kind of effort deserves some recognition.

It's a rocking good time .....

I cannot believe how much I want to rave about this location. First. My service was amazing. Every employee jumped in and helped. They were upbeat and pleasant and efficient. My food was very fast and good. They now have a gluten-free bun and vegan shakes, including an impossible Burger. I had forgotten completely about this restaurant but now it will be one of my go-to's. Thank you so much to Arizona Mills! Johnny rocket style

Walked in and there was a girl just wandering and clearly did not care and mumbled if we wanted to be sat. But once we were sat our server Angel was so nice and was such a great server. Leaving five stars just because of him.

Food was fine. Place was extremely busy. Didn't seem very organized. Took a little while for our food to arrive. Near the end, when we asked for our milkshake, the employee made it and left it sitting for a few minutes, so they brought it to us half melted. I want to come back but nervous because of how unorganized this place runs

Waiter wouldn't split our checks up between the 3 groups of us. We where out with my wife's parents, her sister and 3 kids, and the wife and I with 3 kids. Each group was going to pay for their own meals. The waiter just split the whole check into 1/3 instead of just giving us each a check with the items we ordered.

Also for what we paid we could have gone and gotten much better food anywhere else. I will never eat at this chain again.

They always have my order ready fast and the way I love it. Will always come back for y'all's food and great vibes :)

Didn't this used to be a 50s diner? It certainly isn't what it used to be. The tables don't have jukeboxes anymore, the big jukebox is unplugged and is now a shelf for menus. The music is from the 70s. The iconic red and white decor is mostly replaced with the same sad, boring gray that every chain has now.

The shakes are still delicious, but they are served in smaller glasses and you no longer get the extra, you get like a third of the milkshake that you used to.

The tater tots were also pretty decent. The rest of the food was mediocre, our sandwiches had undercooked bacon on them.
