I cannot believe how much I want to rave about this location. First. My service was amazing. Every employee jumped in and helped. They were upbeat and pleasant and efficient. My food was very fast and good. They now have a gluten-free bun and vegan shakes, including an impossible Burger. I had forgotten completely about this restaurant but now it will be one of my go-to's. Thank you so much to Arizona Mills! Johnny rocket style

Had a quick dinner here yesterday, food was sooooo delicious!!! Quick, clean, and friendly, my bacon cheeseburger hit the spot!!

Walked in and there was a girl just wandering and clearly did not care and mumbled if we wanted to be sat. But once we were sat our server Angel was so nice and was such a great server. Leaving five stars just because of him.

Stopped in before my next store and grabbed a Swiss Burger with Extra crisp fries. Look at the ketchup bee! So cute! 🐝

Food was fine. Place was extremely busy. Didn't seem very organized. Took a little while for our food to arrive. Near the end, when we asked for our milkshake, the employee made it and left it sitting for a few minutes, so they brought it to us half melted. I want to come back but nervous because of how unorganized this place runs

Waiter wouldn't split our checks up between the 3 groups of us. We where out with my wife's parents, her sister and 3 kids, and the wife and I with 3 kids. Each group was going to pay for their own meals. The waiter just split the whole check into 1/3 instead of just giving us each a check with the items we ordered.

Also for what we paid we could have gone and gotten much better food anywhere else. I will never eat at this chain again.

They always have my order ready fast and the way I love it. Will always come back for y'all's food and great vibes :)

Didn't this used to be a 50s diner? It certainly isn't what it used to be. The tables don't have jukeboxes anymore, the big jukebox is unplugged and is now a shelf for menus. The music is from the 70s. The iconic red and white decor is mostly replaced with the same sad, boring gray that every chain has now.

The shakes are still delicious, but they are served in smaller glasses and you no longer get the extra, you get like a third of the milkshake that you used to.

The tater tots were also pretty decent. The rest of the food was mediocre, our sandwiches had undercooked bacon on them.

This place is disgusting. My son and I went to have lunch here. Waitress kept calling us ladies, my son is not a lady. He is just a pretty boy with long hair. Also the cups were filthy and there was a small dead cockroach bug in my cup. My son and I left after I noticed the bug after we had already ordered. We lost our appetite to eat there. If there is cockroaches in their cups it is in their kitchen and food too. I will be reporting this place to the AZ Health Dept on Monday.

This place is always amazing even when they're busy. We've never had anything but great food and service.

I wouldn't know about this food because after being told to see ourselves we waited for 10 minutes and still no service nobody came by to get drink orders or gave us a menu or nothing!!! Staffs walked by our table two times at least and did not even give us a second look. Very disappointed as I was starving!!!

No Johnny Rockets in Mesa... So we have to travel all the way to Mill's Mall to have our fix.
