2 stars is pretty generous for this particular location. I've worked in good service for years, and I've never neglected or slammed menus down in front of customers ever. I'm surprised some of the people working here haven't been fired. The gentleman with the red beard I remember has been chewed out by customers in the past due to his rudeness. Their sign says wait to be seated...but ALL the employees walk passed you with ZERO acknowledgement. It's really sad. Plus their food is over priced.

Service was not good, very slow, when it was not busy. We ordered milkshakes with oir meals, and we didn't get them until the end of us eating our burger.

Food is good but not anything luxury, a meal for three cost us over $70. Also the service is nothing to be proud of…guess they just allow their staff to walk around with hickeys.

That service charge was a surprise and, personally, enough to keep me from going back w my family. There are other places that have just as good food and service but won't charge extra for a standard method of payment.

The food was delicious especially the strawberry banana shake. All was really good and the service was exceptional. I never ate here before cause they don't sell beer. But I enjoyed the meal and the whole experience. I will be eating here again.

I used to go here often as my Fiancé used to work here, they wrongfully cut his hours to the point where they no longer would put him on the schedule despite him being a very hard worker, rarely if not ever called out. It almost got him kicked out of the place he was living cause he couldn’t even pay rent and made work aware of this and asked for more hours. They promised to train him for a manager position but ended up changing their minds.Food wise, it’s okay…it used to be good but something changed in the way they did stuff to where their food really greasy now and I get kinda sick eating it.If you’re looking to work here I don’t recommend it, some of the managers are a bit iffy at times and if they don’t like you for whatever reason they seem to enjoy silently firing you (if that’s a thing)
