I don’t come here often. They prepared a poke bowl in a hour, while my friends had finished their ramen and all. When we asked the staff , they claimed there are two separate kitchens and the one preparing sushi are really busy. However, the other table that ordered after us got their sushi before our poke bowl. And guess what, they are white.I’d say this place is racist and inconsiderate towards Asians.

I come here often today was the only day I had an issue we weren’t serviced due to me wearing a sweatsuit and being a black man…That’s the only reason I could think of when I made the issue aware to management they just brushed it off with a smug look on their face as if it wasn’t a big deal I’d say this place is racist and inconsiderate towards African Americans…
The beef wrapped asparagus and vegetarian roll was devine. Great atmosphere and service.

I usually hit up this location a few times a week. I usually sit at the bar and order sushi and Asahi beer. Everything has been just outstanding.

Pretty authentic food for AZ. I got the tempura soba, but -1 star because there was only one shrimp in the tempura, and there was just too little tempura items. The soup was good but the noodles aren’t true soba noodles, it was some sort of yellow noodle. The wait staff were also obviously too busy/working too many tables.

We’ve eaten here for many years. Food prep and presentation, especially sashimi, is very good quality. However, stopped in for lunch yesterday at around 1:00. Restaurant was fairly empty with only 4 or 5 tables of seated guests. In spite of the many open tables, we were told by the hostess there would be up to a 10 min wait. Confused, we politely asked if they were short staffed. The staffing manager overheard my question and firmly answered that they were not short staffed but offer tiered, or staggered seating so as not to overwhelm the servers by seating too many guests at once. I could understand this procedure if they were busy, but it seemed an odd practice to accommodate servers needs over guests. Not a good look Kabuki.

Good food, good atmosphere and excellent service. Gave us the time to digest the menu without hounding us to order.

There were 23 of us from Payson Az. We had fantastic service. The food was amazing. I couldn’t have asked for better service than this. I had the tempura shrimp and vegetables.
