Small place in a small plaza. The food was served fast. Burger and fries were okay. Variety of beverage selection, I liked that. I paid $7 ??♀️ got what I paid for.
Place was clean, staff seemed overwhelmed during a lunch rush of less than 10 people. The way the lady in charge barked at the server and cashier made me not want to go there again (don’t ask her for mustard!)

The meat was too salty. My friend and I had a bowl to go and we both ate half because we were starving but we threw the rest away. Maybe will go back for a dessert but the lady said they don't make their desserts they get them from a different company but she didn't know who.

I ordered the beef shawarma wrap & I genuinely haven’t been this dissatisfied with a meal in years. The meat was dry & bland, also did not taste fresh to me, or maybe it just felt that way bc of how dry it was. Garlic sauce tasted like mayonnaise. I saw all the negative reviews prior to coming in & decided to give it a chance considering it’s so close to my job but the restaurant needs to take a serious look at all of the reviews , if the majority of people are telling you that your products do not satisfy or feel worth their money, then there might be a problem with the recipes and techniques being used! Service also was not great

Pita was Arabic thin, which is a great plus! But very dry, and lacking in meat and any food proportions. Pita was much larger than the food inside, could double wrap the sandwich sadly. Unfortunate portions for the price! Very okay on the flavor. For the price and other options around, would not return. Very sad! Read a lot of good reviews on Uber and here, but just not a place for me.

I tried to eat here today 2/26/24@ 4:30 pm but the person working there was sitting on a table in the dining room with his back to the door talking to somebody, and completely ignored me. He never turned around. I even did the whole clear my throat to let him know I was there trick. They definitely were just talking about personal stuff. Nothing to do with this establishment. Very poor customer service.

I would not recommend this establishment to anyone. It’s unreliable with rude staff who don’t take responsibility for their actions.I ordered $700 of catering for pick up for a large group and when we arrived at the restaurant, there was simply a sign in the door saying they closed early. We were not notified at all. When I called them the next day, I was given excuses and no apology. Although they assured me we wouldn’t be charged, our credit card showed the $700 charge. When I confronted management about it again, they said they didn’t do it (then who did?!), were rude, and dismissive. We are still working on the dispute over a month later.I would discourage anyone from going to Kalos Grill - worst service I have ever experienced.

Arguably the worst Mediterranean I've ever had. The "chicken shawarma" isn't chicken shawarma, it is chopped, seasonless chicken thrown into a pita. I was offered a "deal" as the chicken shawarma wrap was discounted I went for it. The pita was technically $7 on sale, but somehow with a combo I spent over $15? Overpriced, bad service, and lame false advertised food. Will not be back. Their loss, I could have been a weekly customer.
