I tried to eat here today 2/26/24@ 4:30 pm but the person working there was sitting on a table in the dining room with his back to the door talking to somebody, and completely ignored me. He never turned around. I even did the whole clear my throat to let him know I was there trick. They definitely were just talking about personal stuff. Nothing to do with this establishment. Very poor customer service.

I would not recommend this establishment to anyone. It’s unreliable with rude staff who don’t take responsibility for their actions.I ordered $700 of catering for pick up for a large group and when we arrived at the restaurant, there was simply a sign in the door saying they closed early. We were not notified at all. When I called them the next day, I was given excuses and no apology. Although they assured me we wouldn’t be charged, our credit card showed the $700 charge. When I confronted management about it again, they said they didn’t do it (then who did?!), were rude, and dismissive. We are still working on the dispute over a month later.I would discourage anyone from going to Kalos Grill - worst service I have ever experienced.

Arguably the worst Mediterranean I've ever had. The "chicken shawarma" isn't chicken shawarma, it is chopped, seasonless chicken thrown into a pita. I was offered a "deal" as the chicken shawarma wrap was discounted I went for it. The pita was technically $7 on sale, but somehow with a combo I spent over $15? Overpriced, bad service, and lame false advertised food. Will not be back. Their loss, I could have been a weekly customer.

Easy enough to find. Other food options in the vicinity included burgers, Mexican and coffee.Tsaziki sauce was bland, as was the gyro meat. Meat was dry and gyro bread was a little tough.Employees were professional & clean.Establishment was well kept and clean.

Atmosphere was fine however the service was awful. Employees were noticeably rude & the food wasn’t good at all. I was given a slopped together pita & hard fries. When I asked for a Snapple I purchased the female employee told me to get myself as if I was supposed to just know that lol. I didn’t bother to go back in I just threw the food in the trash were it belonged. They definitely lost a customer today ?.

We ordered $600 worth of catering which they confirmed and charged, and when we showed up to pick up our food, they were closed. They didn’t call us to let us know, and when we called the next day, they didn’t even apologize.I can see why they have staffing issues because if this is how they treat customers, I can only imagine how shady and unfair they are towards their workers.

Ownership changed at some point and this place has definitely gone down hill. Just got the philly on pita, and fries. Sandwich was bland, absolutely no flavor. The fries were not cooked all the way and were soggy. Staff uninviting, long hair kid working was not wearing a hair net and only using 1 glove while touching food. Will not be returning to this place.
I ordered a mushroom philly cheese steak and it was just beef and cheese, nothing else. On top of that, the cheese wasn't even melted.The chicken on the chicken plate was cold.

Where do I even begin? The employees were checked out and lazy. It's hard to explain how frustratingly laid back they were. The food was slimy and gross. The cilantro jalapeno hummus looked like something that had already been digested. My friends and I left horrified.

Ordered dinner from DoorDash. The 1/3 lb angus burger was moist & delicious. The falafel was crispy & tasty. The fried mushrooms were not good at all. Definitely will not order those again. Would definitely get the burger again.

Portion sizes are good and so are prices but the chicken was pretty bland as I couldn't taste any spices or marinade. They also cut massive tomato chunks for the gyros and it makes it harder to eat and enjoy.
