They got the whole order wrong from start to finish. Ordered a 3pc big box meal. Was supposed to be extra crispy.. nope it's original recipe. No gravy with the potatoes. Wasn't the drink I wanted.

Went through the drive-thru to order food and 20 gnats flew in the car…they need to get pest control out there or something. Just ruins the experience you can’t even order your food in peace. I will say that I’ve eaten here and sat down without any issues and it always was clean on the inside and no complaints with the food. But this is my first time going through the drive-thru…never again.

I'd give 0 stars if I could. The employees have no urgency to help at all. They don't acknowledge paying customers or delivery drivers. They suck.

I am leaving 3 stars because the woman working the drive thru was very nice and brought my food out to the car with a smile.

That said, the chicken was not good. It was soggy on the outside, and it had a funny taste. The fry oil was obviously old and needed to be changed. Biscuits were not warm at all. The cole slaw and French fries were fine, and that's about all we could eat. $30 for some cole slaw and fries. Not good.

This location appears to be very busy, but doesn't seem to have the necessary staff. Very disappointing.

Employees look like they didn't want to be there. Received order one entrée was missing, no ranch dressing (should have received 3) had to ask for the cups to get our drinks. Check your order if you use this KFC

I noticed kfc had new menu items on Saturday at 2:45 September 13,2025 an had a very rude Latina lady working the drive threw. I started asking about the new wing selection and was looking closely at the menu for new items and all I kept hearing was (anything else) over an over till I said man please give me a minute and proceeded to add to my order and again (anything else) after I asked for one second please she passed my order off to another gentleman that didn’t know what I ordered so I had to repeat myself. After I asked my man why is she so rude she jumped back on the microphone and said” I’m right here”! “Pull up to the window”!! I said I would never take food from someone this rude. An decided to go to chipotle. Never been treated like this in my life. Hope this lady isn’t a manager.

Drive through girl was rude and clearly does not like her job. I was told they do not have butter for biscuits. This is clearly a failure by the franchise owner.
