This was my first trip to this location. I read several negative reviews before going so I was prepared for poor service or poor food quality. Luckily I did not experience any of the concerns expressed by others. The place looked rather clean and orderly. The dining area was not crowded although there was a healthy pick up traffic. I was served quickly and not unpleasantly. The order was large so the server apologized up front for the expected delay of 4 minutes. The food was...

Be careful the tenders are kid meal size..2 adults same order both had tiny chicken tenders. What service it's all touch screen....where are the people??? Not crazy about not having people at the front counter to address any issues. So I'll pass on KFC for now on.

This place is A LOT slower than most KFC restaurants. Only go to this location if you have a lot of time to spare because you will be waiting for your food. Food was good and good customer service.
