Love my lobster bisque! Creamy, buttery, thick and full of flavor without extra salt. That’s my kind of soup! There were 6 soup choices on the menu today and they all sounded good, so it was a tough decision. I’m glad I went with the lobster bisque though with a side of fresh and delicate rosemary bread. Filling! It’s been awhile since I’ve been here and definitely will make it top of mind. Clean dining area and sparkling restroom too.

I am late on this review. Went into the shop at 7pm on a Tuesday-it was slow made my order, waited 25min politely inquired since it was taking awhile-got a rude response from the girl up front. Finally got my food (they forgot half the ingredients in my sandwich) Management needs to put a check their staff at night...

Ah-Mazing!!! Everything was sooo delicious and fresh! I placed an online order for pickup and literally was able to walk it and out in a snap. However, I was distracted by all of the delicious looking breads and pastries on my way out 😆 🤣. We got the Four Cheese Mac+Cheese Sandwich and the Crack Chicken Sandwich. They were so good! The chicken was so flavorful and tender, no gristle or fatty pieces. The avacado, tomato and onion were perfectly fresh. I was addicted. We're planning on going back for dinner tonight to try something else! Lol

Ordered a tuna melt but was left disappointed. The sandwich was warm but the bread was not toasted AT ALL. Willing to give them another try since the sandwich did have a good taste.
Update: Had to go to 2 stars. The cheese was also missing. I didn't get a tuna MELT, just a warm tuna sandwich w/ no cheese. Will go elsewhere for a tuna melt.

Not worth the consistent delays and cold reception. I've never seen such a sleepy apathetic crew staffing a restaurant in my entire life. Even the most minuscule tasks take them 10 times longer than necessary and interacting with them drains me of all my energy. I don't know if management treats them so poorly, or if this place is just somehow a vacuum for suck. Either way, I will not be bothering with this place again. That's three strikes.

Sandwiches were void of flavor and had no mustard or mayonnaise making them very dry. The turkey sandwich with cranberries had very little turkey and still needed more cranberry. I will not be going back.
While I like kneaders in general this kneaders is by far the worst in AZ. I have eaten in Kneaders for years and E=every other location is generous with the bread portion while serving with bowl of soup. This kneaders you get a very stingy service will a petty bread. This in-spite of me calling them out and saying your portion are a lot smaller than other locations.

The food was ok. They were kinda like in training. Didn't really explain food. I got the over nite oats and they were ice cold. They did not tell me that. I wanted regular oatmeal.. They seemed to be talking amongst themselves then focusing on people. Had to go to counter and ask lots of questions.

Hadn’t been to Kneaders for a few years. Was very disappointed. This was not what I remember from the past. I ordered the chicken salad sandwich on a croissant. The sandwich was mostly bread. Very little chicken salad. The taste was good, but I paid $11.00 for a croissant with a smear of chicken salad and a leaf of lettuce. I questioned the staff about the lack of chicken and was told that this is the standard. Will not return.
