Krispy Krunchy Chicken

Ordered delivery so can comment on inside or staff. Food was really good except the chicken wings had feathers 🥴 even the breast was juicy which is uncommon for most fast food chicken. Love the jambalaya.

I was looking for a new place to have lunch delivered to my job. I decided chicken tenders sounded good and I was RIGHT. The tenders are huge. I got 3 and ended up giving one away. The mashed taters and gravy hit the spot and you can tell the coleslaw is handmade. All of my coworkers started fawning all over my lunch and it looks like we'll be doing a group order soon!

Horrible restaurant with people with some of the worst attitudes I’ve ever seen in my entire life. I was nearly the only brown or black person in the store and they completely ignored me the whole time and spoke to everyone who was around me and I was just trying to pick up an order. I’m disgusted that they acted like this because at least five other people were served before they asked me anything and I stood up and went to the counter multiple times and try to call their names and call out to them. Horrible young women with attitudes. Please grow up this isn’t high school. Doesn’t even deserve one star and the food isn’t even worth the price

I walked in the location no greeting and I walked up to the counter to order no one acknowledged me. I looked around and noticed a sign that says order on kiosk so I attempted to but it was stuck on just a picture I said excuse me I would like to order they ignored me or didn’t hear me then I said it again and the lady said how can I help I said it say order on kiosk but the screen is froze on the picture then she showed me the kiosk they were referring to them said she can turn this one on I said it’s okay I can use those. I ordered my phone everything else went smoothly food was great.

I came here hoping to try a new chicken place. I ordered a 2pc with jambalaya and a Cajun chicken sandwich. First off the meals don’t come with drinks and their drinks are bottles for $2.75. Then I had to pay another $.75 for sauce because it didn’t come with my meal. After that I get my food and try everything. The sandwich was actually good but the fried chicken wasn’t very good. I went to eat my jambalaya but it was labeled Mac n cheese with mashed potatoes in it. I figured out quickly why I wasn’t give jambalaya because that was the most foul looking and tasting jambalaya I’ve eaten on earth. Do not recommend at all

Have not tried this place yet, wanted to see the reviews and noticed that the Management is not commenting on the problems that some od the customers have had , good or bad it should be Addressed .I will give it a try for myself .

I wish I could have actually enjoyed myChicken but it was undercooked, tastes weird like the oil is old or they use the same oil for shrimp and chicken. Red beans and rice were ok. Biscuit was good. I miss Krispy Krunchy and was so happy to hear there’s one in Tempe, unfortunately it is not the same as it is back home. Krispy Krunchy needs to pull this store from the sandwich shop, they are not holding the weight well. Waited 13min for premade chicken to be boxed up, watched people who ordered after me get their food before me. Not a good experience. 2 stars for the biscuit & side. $ down the drain.

Never eaten from this before. Read the reviews and saw 1 bad one. So I decided to give it a try and see for myself. Ordered 4 whole wings and small potato,wedges. Everything was fresh and hot even with it being delivered through Doordash. I even placed a second order through Doordash today a.d sent my wife lunch(4 whole wings and mashed potatoes and gravy. She really enjoyed it. Thanks Krispy Brunch. Next time I'll try the shrimp cause i love shrimp.

Give it a -20 if I could. Sold us old chicken had to be 2 days old, redipped in grease. You eat it. Nasty nasty nasty. Never again. Old food. WTH ?
