Was excited to try this based on social media posts only for it to be non existent! This is downtown Tempe on Mill Ave so not the easiest parking.

I have submitted a closure request multiple times but it won’t get approved. Hope you all read the reviews before making the trip.

This business has been closed for at least a year. I submitted that it was permanently closed, but google did not accept that update.

Google maps needs an update, we follow the GPS given and there's no kung fu tea.Only a benefit store, hopefully it gets updated.

Wow! First time in and very overwhelmed by the variety of options.. luckily Samantha was very informative and provided a great suggestion with the Sunshine Pineapple punch. Definitely coming back for the friendly face ?

Cozy spot right off Mill Ave. They were super friendly with suggestions since they were out of Taro still and gave me samples to try! Definitely stopping by again, ton of energy and quick service they're chatty while making drinks so right after you order, you're drink is ready in a blink of an eye!

I'm the gal from east coast living in ND. Best Boba I've had in many years. Sweet gal running the counter was so nice and radiated good energy as she recommended their Thai milk boba and then made it with a dextrous hand. The place filled up shortly after. Must be the good energy and top tier boba. ??

employees were rude and inattentive. they were out of chocolate and boba when i went at opening. 2 stars because my drink (kirby fruity flurry) was really good, but overall i don’t think i’d come back.

Running out of the most common flavor taro milk tea two days in a row. That sounds about right after looking over their reviews*I visited here around 15 mins after they opened, by the way.

Didn't even we had a kung fu tea and the moment I learned there was a kirby drink I drove 40+mins for it. The staff were cool and friendly and I was in and out quickly. Going to have to return and try the other options.

Nice place. It is considering that they provide lactose free milk! But I hope the ice can be less since I did order light ice. It would be even nicer if there are some parking spots nearby.

There's a nice variety of boba drinks here. My favorite type of tea to get here is their oolong tea, and specifically their honey oolong tea drinks. The honey pairs perfectly with the type of oolong they use without masking the oolong flavor. I also really enjoy their sesame oolong milk tea and yakult drinks. In my experience some of their other drinks have flavors that mask the true tea taste. I think most if not all of their fruit-flavored drinks use flavored syrups because if you ask for a lower sweetness level they say that you won't get as much of the fruit flavor because they'll add less syrup.
