this place has really gone down hill. there’s no flavor and the terriyaki bowls have way too much sauce and it makes everything soggy. no idea how this place is in business still honestly

Ate there today and food was terrible. Ate at the restaurant and shortly free eti g there stomach got very upset. According to urgent care I have a slight case of food losing from the food. Stay away the teriyaki chicken had an off taste. This use to be the place to eat at back in the day. No wonder there is only 2 Kyoto bowls left in the valley. The chicken was soupy if that makes sense

Overall, the food was okay but pricey for what it was worth. The atmosphere felt unfinished and was misaligned for what is expected at an Asian restaurant. Cheap containers and something about their soda tasted off.

I have been eating at the Mill Ave location for 9+ years now. I very much appreciate the consistency this place has. Christina at the register is always so kind and pleasant to me. I will support this location as long as they are in business. Clean facilities too.

It's been forever since I've been here because I don't live close by, but now I know why it was empty. All of the food we ordered was bland. Teriyaki chicken, sweet and sour chicken, and spicy beef. Spicy beef wasn't even any kind of spicy. I was so beyond disappointed that I guess I won't be coming back. It was also very warm inside, making us uncomfortable while we ate.

There were better reviewed places further away but needed a quick snack quickly. The food was almost inedible. Obviously pulled out of the freezer and steamed. No sauce. The cucumber salad looked rotten. We didn’t even eat it. The lady at my he counter was pleasant enough.

The service was great and the lady that helped us was very kind. Sadly, the food just wasn't worth it 😕 I hardly leave reviews this low, so it was a hard decision to make. Hopefully, they are working on the food to improve it, unfortunately I will not dine here again.
