I can not speak highly enough of just how awesome this place is. 24/7?! Come on, how awesome of a rare find is that? The way it's executed is masterful. Safe, smart, efficient, easy, clean, convenient, consistent. I have never been more impressed with an integration of technology as I have been with the system for becoming a member here and gaining access to the door. For guys married, fathers, work full time jobs like myself I'm probably not the target audience, but you have no idea the value I find in a place like this for when I just want to be able to play a few online FPS or Sports titles in peace lol. Amazing find! Staff and owner interaction has been awesome too. I will be an advocate to help promote Level Up to everyone I can. And as a loyal customer now and an absolute fan, I am happy to help make sure that while I'm there enjoying my game time and the space, that I speak up if I ever see anything happening that shouldn't be and always respect the equipment and leave the area I was in better than I found it. 24/7 for true gamers. Powerful PC with nice screens can play any modern games and more than enough if you are competitive gamer with high refresh monitors.
Just Little minus for me that games are on hard drive with a bit slow loading ( understandable they have almost all popular games to chose to play) and average gamer won’t even notice that anyway.

Chill place to game

Really nice setup they have here! PCs are a bit slow at times but nothings perfect. Super affordable pricing and one of the only lan centers in the area that are 24/7

My only complaint is the internet! The speeds were about 150 download and 15 upload. Perfectly fine for a casual gamer, however if you’re coming here to play competitive modes the internet could definitely be better.! Especially since the place is usually pretty packed full!

Overall I had a really good time!

Edit: Owner contacted me and I was under the wrong internet connection lol! Their actual speeds are 1k 1k, so this place is a 10/10 definitely recommend. Even hooked me and my buddies up with some free time :)

Great place to game my home

Make sure your phone is charged and you have internet on it before you come here! Phone was dead when I got here, I had to sit in car for 10 minutes to charge before coming in.
Cool environment and cool idea to have 24/7 hours.
I came in when there was no staff present.
I had an issue with a setting on my computer and tried calling to get it resolved. No answer and nobody around to help.
I spent about 20 minutes charging phone and getting the app to access store and another 20 minutes solving the settings issues.
Cool idea but first time coming and getting setup takes awhile.
I assume next visits will be much quicker.
Edit: owner contacted me almost instantly after posting review and helped me out and gave me free time!

I go to LUG all the time after work to chill and be on the high speed computers. Sometimes I get work done and sometimes I just chill, either way the late night ambiance is perfect for a game of Warcraft 3 after a long day. Nothing better.
