Super relax and intimate at the same time. Looking for a thoughtful date night with a view, this is the place.

First off, we were a party of 9 and had made the reservation 2 weeks in advance. Alex was a wonderful server! It was very unfortunate that management had him as the only server for the entire restaurant and was getting no help as the night went on. We received our drinks in a fairly good time and as they were ready, we received appetizers. The octopus salad was not good. The octopus was rubbery and not edible. The meatballs were tasty as well as the crab and artichoke dip. Several of the main dishes were not made with the proper base ingredients (the lobster in the risotto was rubbery as well) not to mention that the kitchen took FOREVER to send our dinner out AND forgot a dish completely (even though there were 2 others of the same dish). This was brought to the attention of the manager and she did come over but it left a sour taste that it took so much for her to finally get in gear and help Alex out.

My husband and I went on a date that was very much needed here, and we had reservations at 6:45. Table was not ready. It took 40 minutes to take our order for drinks and food, then another 35 minutes to get our food. Waiter never came to check on us, just brought hs the check 20 minutes after receiving our food.Honestly the view is beautiful, but aside from this, horrible service, the food was not good at all. No flavor, I added salt myself to be able to eat some of it. Was saving my appetite for this place and all for nothing. Manager did apologize for it all, but nothing was done about it. Would never go back, or recommend this place.
Great atmosphere and view. The staff is extremely young and inexperienced. The heirloom tomato salad was made with cheap cherry tomatoes. The Risotto was seasoned white rice, the Chicken Saltimbocca was overly dry and extremely bland. Not even close to what it’s supposed to be.While the staff try’s hard it’s clear the the owners and kitchen staff are cutting costs and no longer care about customer satisfaction nor menu quality. The exterior to lake windows are filthy, burnt out lightbulbs everywhere, disgusting bathrooms. There’s a chance we will try again but initial impression is avoid at all costs!!
We had a really nice experience! The patio seating on the water is gorgeous. Our server, and the food we're great! The Charcuterie board was the star of the show. We look forward to trying the rest of the

The view is the best! It's such a great location. The salmon was perfect, just wish it was paired up with some potatoes or etc. Pasta dish was okay. Octopus was interesting but wouldn't get it again. Would definitely return to try more of their appetizers and maybe a charcuterie board, and for that view!

I really gave this place a honest shot..I’ve been here 5 times as I live close by. Beautiful space/Venue/water view. Decent drinks. Absolutely terrible service and the food is just as bad. You will see in the other reviews that it takes 20+ minutes to get acknowledged (that’s true). Food tastes old/stale/etc (that’s true). Skip this place and head next door to Pier54. P54 has amazing service and food. Also heard they have the same leadership so not sure where the disconnect is. Get it together, Lido!
Wonderful experience! I attended a private affair and loved the space along the water. It's a jewel that I wasn't aware of in the

We go here because the cocktails are great and there is real lime juice for margaritas. The back deck is chill to hang out on and the people are very nice. I really enjoyed both the tuna and especially the meatball appetizers. Great marinara. Captain Josh will take you on a pontoon boat ride of the lake for $10 per person. I recommend this at sunset. The only things needing real improvement are the tables and chairs on the patio. The wood is dried out and looks like splinter potential. Overall a fun place to enjoy drinks, food and atmosphere.

We had dinner tonight on the waterfront with my wife and 2 long-time friends, the dinners were good and the location was most excellent, we sat on the edge of the water at sunset. The drinks were perfect as was the service. Our server, while relatively new, was on the ball and very friendly. We had a great time and will surely be back for an al fresco dining experience very soon. Don't miss this unique location
My fiancé and I had a great experience at Lido, the atmosphere was beautiful, staff was attentive, and the food/drinks were good. We found this gem while looking for wedding venues and decided to make the drive to Tempe to experience it ourselves. Of course as with many places, there are some bad reviews however, being in business myself I understand that people are more willing to write a bad review about an experience rather than a good one. We live in a time where people love to whine ?I was very pleased that our experience was not like the bad reviews, of course no place is perfect, my fiancé had his drink remade, bartender and waiter were fully attentive and even knocked the charge of our bill. After our experience, My fiancé and I decided that we would love to host our event at Lido. We really appreciated meeting one of the owners Tedy, and owner Shar has been a pleasure to work with in regards to planning our event. All in all, I am recommending my network of friends, family and business partners to visit Lido.
We got married here 26 years ago and come back every few years to celebrate. This year we were not disappointed! Excellent services, great steaks and beautiful ambience. This is a beautiful venue for all occasions.
The staff was great and so were the drinks. Went for the Valentine's day special and the environment set the tone for a great meal. The food was okay at best. Definitely not worth the price. For as much as you spend here, there are many better tasting restaurants in the valley.
For the amount you pay the food was not what I expected. Our server was good! But the jumbo scallops were not jumbo you get 2 and mine had a stick on the inside that I didn't even see which I almost swallowed. The food was cold. The crème brûlée had olive oil in it which ruined everything about it. Defiantly do not recommend for the price your paying.
