Ive seen kids with better reading comprehension skills because this place cannot read orders correctly to save their life. They ALWAYS forget the sauce and casually mix up ingredients half the time. What an embarrassment and waste of commercial space

My boyfriend picked up some food for us on his way home from work today. The crazy bread was missing two pieces, and one looked like a pencil it was so thin…and probably just as crunchy. The breadsticks that made it in the bag were hard and dry, with no garlic sauce or parmesan (see photo.) I hadn’t had Little Caesars in years and was really craving the crazy bread, but it was disappointing.

I work in the same plaza as this store, every time I try to call in to order for pickup, they don’t answer. And when I walk over to order, there isn’t even a single customer inside, which means that they chose not to answer and they were not busy, the people working there don’t even look like they care about anything, rude, and not helpful at all.

I ordered 4 of the Detroit deep dish pizzas from this location. Im a nurse and i order pizzas from little caesars every week for my groups, and the deep dish are always a hit. When i went to pick it up the pizzas were totally flat and doughy on the inside. I took them back in to tell them the pizza wasn't done. An angry man came out and said "I'm refunding the order and go" then threw the pizzas away.
So now i have 6 hungry homeless men that come to my group to eat every week, and im having to pay an additional $20 on top of the $40 i spend on pizza from my own pocket to get the puzza delivered from a different location because this one doesn't know what deep dish means.

If before the service was bad, now it has gotten worse, because now the pizzas are stiff, without flavor, there is no point in lowering the prices if the quality is lowered twice as much. Terrible 👎

The manager for today day shift was really rude. The guy told her to give me the fresh pizza she says “its all the same thing bro” the app was not working so my order didn't process so when I got there I paid for my order then the women came to the front proceeded to say my order is not paid for and I told her I paid for it! She then rolled her eyes and went to the back like I understand if you don't like your job you should find another one. She was really rude the man was nice apparently they don't give out names of their employees unable to identify them my pizza was not hot by the way !
