This location is horrible. They never get your order right the Employees and management are nasty with the customers. They should fire the whole staff and start over. It’s been like this for a while. If I could, I would give zero stars

Absolutely terrible at managing orders on their app, consistently never start to make your pizza until you come in and ask where it’s at, mark pizzas as ready to pick up and you come in and then they put it in the oven and tell you to wait 10 minutes, happened to me too many times not to leave a review at this point

waited 30 min past pickup time to not only get the wrong pizza but it looked like it had been sitting in the heater for a min and the mini pizza bites thing were all messed up lol, they told everyone picking up an order that the order would be late and walkins that it would be over an hr which is understandable if its busy but then to not even get the pizza right its stupid to even wait there.

I feel sorry for the staff at this location having to do the work of two employees. Three employees on shift and about ten customers in the lobby waiting for online pickup. I ordered 30 minutes prior and still had to wait ten minutes to get my order.

This location suuuuucks, been waiting for more than two hours, lobby is pact, cashier lady keeps talking over people trying to order and keeps going to the back to talk to the cooks, it's unbelievable, it's like they don't even know what they're doing at all!!! Save your money, go somewhere else instead 🙄🙄

Fire this manager asap. Just look at the previous 15 reviews. I experienced everything in those complaints today. An employee even walked out and quit. What a shame. No pizza and no refund. Waited 2 hours. I got robbed for 25$

I ordered from your store on August 20 Wednesday night. I got a fantastic four and one pizza ordered it through DoorDash and it arrived with a cockroach crawling on the second slice of pizza I saw I immediately went to throw it out and take a picture however when I turned back around, it was gone so then I proceeded to throw out the pizza I work for a property management company and so I’m pretty litigious when it comes to pass so I know it wasn’t from me and I’ve also read previous reviews and things like that from your store and I’ve also heard firsthand experiences from other customers from your store and so I’d like something done about this as soon as possible whether that be someone reaching out to me via email or phone call I will be giving the store a call today to discuss this matter and I’d like the GM present
