Not a good experience. This location is understaffed and food takes a long time. Not the fault of the staff. There were only 3 employees and it was busy with customers and to go orders. This is a problem when corporate is more worried about labor cost over customer satisfaction. There are other locations which do a better job so I'll just go there next time.

Absolutely a joke! What’s the point of ordering online if you have to stand in the store and wait for your pizza 45 min after your estimated time to be ready. Also, there’s no such thing as "Hot N Ready" at any or all locations anymore. The customer service was so bad and to the person boxing the freaking pizzas you need to find another job if it takes you 3-5 min to put one pizza in one freaking box.

Ordered the pizza puffs at little caesars on Hayden/Thomas rd. Awesome. In tempe today and picked some up. No wait pre made but basic. Thomas rd has double pepperoni and cheese

This was a couple months ago. I had ordered online to have my food ready a couple hours later. At 6pm. We show up 10 minutes early, which I wasn't expecting it to be done early. Well, it wasn't done at 6. Or 6:05, 6:10, or 6:25. Our pizza that we ordered 2 hours earlier took 30 minutes after it should have been ready. I asked multiple times what was going on. I kept getting told they were waiting on the breadsticks. Well, at 6:30, I finally get my food. The pizza is cold. The little pizza cupcake things are cold. They were sitting open. I get home and get everything out to heat up.
The bread sticks I'd been waiting 30 minutes for were RAW. Completely raw.
I know this place is garbage already. I only eat there when I have almost free food from Tmobile discounts. But yeah, I won't return to this location.
