After waiting in a long line and being ignored by staff, my son in law was informed that this restaurant doesn't take cash.
He said there was no signage saying that you don't take cash.
We didn't get anything to eat and my grandkids are still hungry.
Absolutely worst Little Caesars I have ever been to, had no air some of the lights not working, they had 3 people and all 3 doing pizzas and one coming up to the front every 30 minutes. While he was back making pizzas with no gloves on which was even worse. Then they had all these people waiting and all of a sudden couldn’t take cash and didn’t even let people know, made them wait and sent them on their way if they didn’t have card. The floors were covered in cheese and plastic wrappers and sauce and it was just absolutely disgusting. Won’t ever be coming back here
2 hour wait and no pizza
Shame on the business owner forcing workers into an unsafe environment with high heat. That is unconscionable, I as a customer had to seek medical care from the environment after visiting here. And you have people working back there in full pants and shirts. Kid who took my order looked like he was about to pass out. I will be following up to little Caesar’s corporate. How dare you do that to people.

The classic pizza I ordered was unfortunately dry and appeared as if it had been prepared a day prior. It seemed that it had simply been reheated rather than freshly made. Additionally, the crazy bread was similarly unsatisfactory, reflecting poor cooking practices.
This experience led to considerable dissatisfaction with my dinner, and I genuinely regret to say that I will not be ordering from this location again. I believe it is essential for restaurants to maintain high quality and standards in their offerings, and I urge you to conduct proper inspections and ensure that management is monitoring the quality of food prepared by your employees.

During my visit, I encountered an issue with the pizza I received. I wished to request an exchange so that the pizza could be remade, he disregard what I said and just return it with no communication did not meet the quality standards expected from your restaurant. Unfortunately, my attempt to bring this matter to the attention of staff was met with a lack of acknowledgment and support.
I spoke with an individual who identified himself as the manager, wearing a black T-shirt, and he consulted with a colleague regarding the situation. However, there was no constructive guidance offered, and I felt that my concerns were not taken seriously. The associate in the black polo shirt seemed disengaged, further contributing to my dissatisfaction with the level of customer service I experienced.
I believe that every customer deserves to be treated with respect and to receive quality service. I kindly request that you address the issues of customer service and food quality at your restaurant, as my experience left me feeling disrespected and disappointed.
There was hardly anything on the pizzas. This location used to be really good, now the just rip you off and have terrible quality.
It's Little Caesars. One with average service. And average cleanliness. But my order was ready when I got there. Granted, I got there a little late, but it was ready, and it was hot. And this was on the 4th of July, so there were a bunch of people in there. I don't know how many of them had ordered on the app before, but I knew nothing would be hot and ready. All of those would have been sold already.

Check your order before leaving! Missing items, pizza uncooked, uneven crust, and hard breadsticks that are overcooked.
Love the cheesy bread!! Only change I'd make is the flavors of wings they offer. Wish they still had garlic parmesan....
I just stopped in. I didn't order ahead. The young man who took my order was very patient and answered all my questions since it had been a while since I'd had their food. They got my order out quickly and accurately. I was very happy with the quality of food I received. When you're looking for a cheaper option for pizza, wings, etc...Little Caesars is still a good option!

The guy in there is very attentive and for a little ceasars he runs it pretty well.
Paid for pizza sauce on the app & told they were out of sauce???? when we went in & then told us they had to CHARGE for a different sauce??? how in the world does that make sense. no refund for the sauce they were out of (how are you making pizza but don’t have sauce??????) and then refuse to give us any other sauce???? cool, thanks.
People are very nice. I ordered online a stuffed crust half jalapeños all pepperoni and they had added jalapeños on the whole thing I went back had it fixed little extra wait no big deal but the stuffed crust was forgotten also. Gave up at the point just said whatever. Bummed the kids wanted the stuffed crust and the xtra cost obviously not worth it. Thank you
Pizza was good (according to my children, there was non left! lol) but the only reason they get 4 stars is because there hot and ready was not hot and ready and I had to wait 10 min and there was not a line nor a lot of activity there.
