New white man working front desk on 10/17/25 Discriminative forward Hispanic man who spoke Spanish. If a customer service clerk is not willing to offer assistance to someone of a different ethnic group they might as well have a whites only sign out front!

My food was burnt. I tried to call to get a refund and was hung up on 25 times in a row when someone finally answered they said that they were at a centralized location and that I needed to hang up and call back and ask for a supervisor I was upset, but I did when I called back. I got somebody from the centralized location again who told me that I needed to hang up and call back yet again when I did, I was on hold for about 30 minutes before it hung up on me again I tried calling back 10 more times in a row and every time it hung up on me I will be calling corporate tomorrow when they are open expecting a full refund and then some

I went to this Little Caesers and decided to try the Old World Fanceroni. I bought it solely for the reason that it looked like it would be absolutely covered in pepperoni, like in the picture advertised. I thought that was also why it cost a few dollars more than a regular pepperoni pizza. I thought I was paying more for the extra pepperoni. However, when I got the pizza I was very disappointed to see that it honestly just looked like a mid pizza with tiny pepperonis.
I was so confused. Why did I pay extra for a pizza that was advertised as being absolutely littered with pepperoni only to get one that had maybe 25ish tiny pepperonis at the most? I usually wouldn’t make a big deal of it but it’s literally advertised as having a truckload of pepperonis on it! Super sad and super disappointing 😔

I didnt even get to order. I stood in the lobby for about 5 minutes listening to everyone else complain about how long their order was taking, that's when I suddenly realized that I had food at home and then I left. Will be giving my business to Pizza Hut from now on. They have online ordering and the pizza is always done when they say it will be done!!
Horrible customer service. It’s pointless to order online. They have you wait for your order even when you get an email saying it’s done.

After waiting in a long line and being ignored by staff, my son in law was informed that this restaurant doesn't take cash.
He said there was no signage saying that you don't take cash.
We didn't get anything to eat and my grandkids are still hungry.

Absolutely worst Little Caesars I have ever been to, had no air some of the lights not working, they had 3 people and all 3 doing pizzas and one coming up to the front every 30 minutes. While he was back making pizzas with no gloves on which was even worse. Then they had all these people waiting and all of a sudden couldn’t take cash and didn’t even let people know, made them wait and sent them on their way if they didn’t have card. The floors were covered in cheese and plastic wrappers and sauce and it was just absolutely disgusting. Won’t ever be coming back here
