Said the online order would be ready at 10:30, when I arrived at 10:40 the store looked deserted. After calling for 10min someone finally answered and said that despite the store hours displayed on the window, website, and confirmed thru the app, they would not be opening til 11. Super cool of me to get to waste my entire lunch break because they don’t know how to operate like a real business

Manager needs to be let go. She is horrible. Hope to speak with the GM. Worst customer service I've had. I stopped in for a pizza and the girl at the front was nice. I forgot to order marinara and asked if I could have some. Gave her $3 thinking that would cover it plus extra for the nice service.She stepped outside then the manager gave me the pizza. Told the manager i ordered marinara and the manager said "next time you need to pay, i dont do that at my store." I did pay. Told her I gave the girl $3. How would I know that the girl at the front didn't add it to my order? She acted like she owned the store with seriously rude attitude. I asked for her name so i could call and report this interaction with her boss. She wouldn't give it to me and said "I hate you." A customer service mastery shop will show this manager needs basic customer service training. How is she a manager??

We placed an order online for pickup and hour and half before they closed and it said preparing your order for an hour and 20 minutes so we decided to drive up there and see what the deal is and they were closed an hour before the closing time. No notification nothing and the app still says it’s in the oven. Smh ?

I am so upset. I have ordered delivery from here three times. Each time I have ordered multiple ranches; each time the ranch does not come. I have tried calling, emailing, and texting. I have lost over $15 in ranch cups. To make it worse, I have to eat their pizza without ranch. I would love if someone would contact me.

So today was the worst little chasers experience in my life I bought a pizza put I.n a order for 1 pepperoni for my kids they took it to their room to eat as I didn't bother checking it wich I should have the kids come out n say dad this pizza is horrible never in my life have I seen a pizza this bad it was thin dry burnt the pepperoni wer burn the crust was like a brick u could not even chew it I had to throw it out I'm so upset never again that was my children meal n my last extra money to buy them something they love now I gotta cook them food thanks alot for ruining my children day I try call management no answer for 30 min can not even speak to 1 this by far is the worst experience ever

Cashier was extremely rude when asked for the remaining items missing from our order. When asked for the sauce we were handed a cup less than 1/4 full, and told that was company policy. Since when?! We won't return to that location.
