This place has gone down hill! Service was awful the waiter dropped butter all over my dress. Took really long time to order then even longer to get food even though it was not busy. Food is over priced!

Really wanted to like this place but after my fourth visit this afternoon with my team I am done. If you go, stick with the brisket or a burger, maybe a salad. Everything else is mediocre at best and some items, like the cheese steak, are just abysmal. Also the coleslaw was nothing but shredded cabbage. Probably a mistake but seriously no dressing or seasoning at all, just shredded cabbage out of the bag. When you factor in the cost, every single place at the mall, except maybe Barrio Queen, is a better value. Skip it.

Dietary restrictions: Good barbecue. Not a great choice for dieters as there really aren't any low calorie options. I went with the tri tip salad which was excellent but severely overdressed, almost swimming in dressing.

So I went around closing - I’m guessing that was the issue, I had 3 different people look at me and walk right by me, one girl even looked at me, and decided to sit at a booth. When I asked about my order, the guy said they were waiting on my fries to be cooked, really. So instead of telling me that ahead of time you wait when you have everything cold? The ribs were harder than a brick and all the food was cold, he did offer to get me a different side, whatever the least he can be bother with and sent me on my way with a “im sorry for the wait”… if he was sorry he would have told me about the fries a lot sooner and not packed my food cold whatever not going back, I wouldn’t recommend this place either not even to my dog.

We got thanksgiving supper and sides and desserts wish portions were a little bigger or cost a little less but they also give discounts and promos 2nd year getting it here food was delicious thank you we will be back for sure

Excellent barbecue, Great Sweet tea, and very comfortable. If the tea is good, you're usually in for a good meal.

I do not recommend this restaurant. The server was excellent. Food was fine except the pulled pork was 50% a single chunk pf greasy fat. Manager agreed to comp that meal, but didn't. Had to get waiter to bring it back to the manager. Lazy manager, we never saw him. Unacceptable.

Service was lacking, the server did the bare minimum. The brisket fajita bowl was really tasty and I loved the drinks in the mason jars. They have a separate gluten free menu with quite a few options.

Tiffany showed up and showed out with excellent service through the whole dining experience. Thank you. Food was good but lacked seasoning when not smothered in BBQ sauce. Beer was kinda flat too other than that great environment and staff.

Ordered the nachos with pulled chicken. Cheese was not good the pulled chicken tasted different from the other chicken on the menu. The best thing on the plate was guacamole. The strawberry lemonade was extremely sweet
