We went to mango rabbit to get boba, and when we went we waited over 5 minutes to order when no other customer were in the store. This was not to the fault of the employee by any stretch of the imagination. The employee had over 15 OLOS left to make, with only 15 minutes to close. The employee was in there working alone with all these orders and no team member support. For the employees safety, there should’ve at least been one other employee, and for the employees support, there should’ve been three people on shift anyways. After years in the food industry, and food management, it’s disheartening to see such a lack of support for a team member late on a school night in a college town. Even consider turning online orders off 30 mins to close.

Omg this place is soooo good!! 🧋 Best boba in Arizona, no doubt. The owner and crew are the nicest people ever, and the drinks + food are ridiculously yummy AND affordable. Highly recommend — you’ll be hooked after one sip! 😍🔥

Really bad experience😫 ordered 3 drinks but waited for over half hour. The server gave us drink twice but all from other table. My milk tea has some weirdness sour taste. Also the green tea has literally no taste.

Very quiet place. Waited a bit for our drinks. Everything is done through an automated system. Missing human contact with ordering.

Umm, I got food poisoning from the waffle... Please dont go here for your own safety and health... Also, in the bubble waffle, I paid 50 cents for strawberries and only got one slice of a strawberry, and my oreos weren't included.... Finally, I asked for 50 percent ice and 75 percent sweetness and got no ice and BARELY any sweetness. This place is terrible.....

Update ; this place has really gone downhill from the last time I tried it. They take forever to do your drink 45 min and they forgot 1 of my drinks. I thought they would rush it took another 30 minutes to make it. The place wasn't even busy.
And did go back to try it. 1 more time, there were 2 people in there waiting for a drink. Before I even ordered, they did at least let me know there was 1 hour wait to make the drinks. I walked out. I think im done with this place and will explore other options.

Drinks were awesome! It's Alil pricey but its well worth with the experience. Can't wait to try it again.

Returned to Mango Rabbit because I saw that there was a new owner. The green tea I got was excellent, I could tell it was made with high quality loose leaf tea. The tea I got reminded me of either a dao ren or a japanese floral pan- fried tea I have had before.
Drinks are actually more affordable than they were before.

I'm not trying to be mean, but I think this place has genuinely had one of the worst drinks I've ever tried, and I've tried a lot of places. I went in February and just got around to writing a review. The main issues:
1. I went during their happy hour because the Instagram said all teas and milk teas were $3.50, but they weren't, only a few of them, which not a big deal, but felt kind of misleading. Maybe fruit tea didn't count? But the post had a picture of fruit tea, so I'm not sure.
2. I got the mango green tea with popping boba, and it left that astringent feeling in my mouth, so maybe not great quality tea or not brewed correctly? The drink itself was very watery, not much flavor.
3. I'm not sure if it was a faulty batch, but their popping boba was deflated. It wasn't full of liquid. Instead of being round, they were all dented, like those bouncy balls that are missing air.
And another small note, for some reason, the straws stuck out like 6 inches above the cup. I just found it kind of strange. Also my friend could not get the cup open for the milkshake, the lid wouldn't even come off either, and there was only one employee that was busy so we spent 10 minutes trying to punch a hole in the top. Not a big deal though.
The chicken was decent, kind of dry, and not the best I've had, but I still enjoyed myself. Probably wouldn't buy again, though.

Saw some posts about this place on Tiktok, and was really excited to try it during our visit. There were some drinks that looked so delicious and unique, but sadly, they were discontinued.

They had a lot of options and so we got two drinks to spilt between the four of us. The drinks were good, fresh, and better than others I've had. Just missing something to bring us back (if visiting), as we're always hunting for the best. If you want something that's good quality and tastes great, try 'em out.

Be different and try someplace new.
