I am writing to express my frustration and disappointment regarding the poor service I experienced at your McDonald’s location at 1205 S Rural Rd, Tempe, AZ, on December 31st around 6 p.m.
Upon arrival, the wait time for service was excessively long, even though the restaurant was not exceptionally busy. One employee, instead of focusing on order preparation and delivery, was observed socializing and delaying the workflow. When I voiced my concern about the slow service and cold food, the worker became argumentative rather than addressing the issue.
Other customers also approached me to share their dissatisfaction with the poor service and confirmed that they had observed the same unprofessional behavior. This level of service is unacceptable, especially from a brand like McDonald’s that prides itself on efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Additionally, the food I received was cold, which further added to the disappointing experience. The partnership with delivery services should not compromise the quality of food or in-store service.
I request that McDonald’s take the following actions: 1. Investigate this incident and the behavior of the employee in question. 2. Provide additional training for your staff on customer service and professionalism. 3. Ensure that food quality standards are upheld for both in-store and delivery orders.
I have always valued McDonald’s for its quick and reliable service, but this experience has left me questioning the standards at this location. I look forward to your prompt response and resolution of this matter.

Loved it accept almost every other day there ice cream cone machine is down and at night and mean every night they claim they don't hesitate ice cream there open 24/7 but I'm it's after 10 pm they always use some excuse to not have cones I hate it the ice cream cones are my favorite I get them everyday and when they have them they are so good the best but they don't hesitate them so often
Lobby was pretty filthy and our table wasn't wiped down. When the lady came to drop off our food, she didn't notice the table which I was unable to mention to her because as quickly as she came, she left 🤣 Love the fast service though!

I think I ate plastic 😳 the egg in my sausage egg muffin had a shiny look to it when I was putting some ketchup. Took a bite & couldn't chew through some parts of the egg. Never in my life have I had any issues with this breakfast sandwich. Maybe they don't use real egg anymore. Kept the receipt in case I get sick later. Good luck ppl.
