Ordered a hamburger with cheese, ketchup and mustard with no onion and pickle. I get a flipping hamburger with ketchup, mustard and onion but guess what no cheese!!
Not surprised and no I didn’t want to take it back inside. Did my need someone spitting or threing the food on the floor. Whenever I have returned the food it is mad with an attitude and slapped together with food all over.

Way better service than most McDonald's. I go once in a while and the workers are always polite. My order is typically correct and the food is freshly made. It's not been sitting around and served with no care like most fast food.

Went to buy a soda and 2 employees taste tested it before handing it to me, and once I said something about them both tasting it they gave me attitude about it and said we will just give you a new one. Like if I was dumb and didn’t see them both put there lips on my soda. That’s so nasty.

Out of the dozens of McDonald’s I have been to over the years. This is by far the best one. No matter what time of day you go they have fresh hot fries. They never make mistakes even with special orders. And the staff is so so so so nice.
Literally opened up my burger to find that half of it was missing. Top bun, no bottom bun cheese stick to the bottom of the box. It's already ridiculous that a McDonald's burger costs $12 but it's even more ridiculous that the employees can't even complete the $12 burger before they give it to you. On top of that the half burger and my fries were both ICE COLD.

Honestly some of the nicest people I have ever interacted with. Really makes you feel welcome also the food is hot and fresh. The past week and a half I've been here in tempa AZ I have yet to receive anything old. This is definitely going to be my go-to McDonald's.
