Young black guy manager this morning seems much more interested in convincing everyone that he's cool and doesn't care, rather than getting people's orders right. Sir. You manage a McDonald's... poorly. I'm missing the part where I'm supposed to be impressed.

You have to do self ordering and check out and they still don’t deliver it to the table when it tells you to grab a table marker for here orders. With young kids playing, what’s the point of saying you have table delivery when you don’t? Then they ask me what drinks I had…they have the order. Play place and tables are dirty.

I don’t usually expect much from fast food. The order was wrong but they did correct it quickly. Just wish the burgers were warm and not overdone. Can’t wait for the Chandler/Kyrene location to open again.

I watched my order sit on the counter while two delivery orders and one drive through order were completed and handed out. When I asked why my order was left to get cold, I was told to leave the premises. What happened to first come first served.

mobile app issue where, the solution was clear yet the young lady projected w.e. was happening for her & it was not a good interaction. No yelling, fussing, nothing just a simple correction needed and on with the day but oh well maybe it was too early for her. Food was good at least
I was waiting 27 minutes inside the McDonald's. Had 2 meals witch they were made wrong and missing items. I also ordered Lg fries and they game me half of the medium..Very disappointed..

was stuck in the drive thru line for 15 minutes without even getting to the pay window when there was only one lane open and one car ordering ahead of me... what are they even doing over here? unacceptable at the prices they're asking now McDonald's has fallen off hard (and it didn't have far to fall)
