Because of the convenient location, I am at this store quite frequently. Today will be the last time. I haven't had a satisfactory visit the past ten, or so times. It always seems it's something - terrible service, cold fries & overcooked fish, burnt buns, long wait times, etc... Tonight, I had an employee blatantly LIE to me about her being the only employee there to excuse the excessive wait time.

I miss talking to people instead of machine. Even with all the automation, you still have to stand around and wait for a person to handle cash payments.

Not sure what they did to the Big Mac sauce, but it tastes strongly of ground caraway seeds. Really awful. Buns usually stale at this location. Points for being open late but the food is just terrible.
They’re miserable and act like they hate their job and customers… just quit and do something else. This typically happens after midnight. They get mad if you ask for a barbecue sauce smh.

They dont understand English I speak Spanish myself and understand everything they say they have to watch what they say there they get mad for messing up orders and try to give out stuff no one even ordered and it probably even costed more then what I asked for ugly place guys have no respect they need new morning workers ones they have no SUCK and need to learn more English

Made the mistake of stopping here tonight. I ordered a fish filet combo large with a coke and a double cheeseburger and got a $5 meal bag with a drink that tasted like metal! Of course they didn't give me my receipt and the phone has been ringing busy for the last 10 minutes! I should have checked my bag as the girl working the drive thru looked like she was high af!! Get it together McDonald's!!
