Every time I come here which is often they are always serving warm flat soda. Nobody wants to pay for or drink a room temperature Coke. They also do not allow free refills if you are a dine-in customer. McDonald’s Coke is as iconic as the Big Mac, and this location can’t get their act together. Absolutely terrible. The only thing that would make this place worse is if they started serving your flat room temperature fountain drink with a paper straw. I’m sure this is what is coming next!

I was eating my lunch there at this location. When a Hispanic woman went to order her meal. The employees there started making fun of her because she couldn't speak English. She understood English but she had difficulty translating what she wanted.I was so embarrassed and angry at your employees for treating anyone that way.SHAME ON ALL OF YOU AND SHAME ON THIS MCDONALD'S COMPANY FOR HAVING SUCH RUDE AND UNFRIENDLY EMPLOYEES...

Typical McDonald’s but there are literally no outlets available for customers whatsoever. What’s the point of putting all this effort into the interior when you don’t consider if someone wants to sit and study or something. Just a minor inconvenience but enough to make me go elsewhere
I paid $5.00 for this smoothie and this is what they handed me! Are you kidding? I tried to go back in to complain but my husband wouldn't let me so I'm posting it. I will never order from this location again!

I've stop at McDonald's on Broadway in tempe. I just came today on the 27th.Of March. Ask for some fries with no salt instead of them dropping some new fries. Even the young lady that took my.order ask them to drop fresh fries but They just put the old fries in the heat, thinking it will get rid of the salt it did not. Very disappointing they have done it several times.Just why is so hard to drop fresh fries. Very very unsatisfied.

The fries were hot, which was great. So was the burger, which was also great. At least it would have been if it was the burger I had ordered. Unfortunately it wasn't a double Big Mac with cheese, but somebody else's single with all sorts of questionable add-ons that did nothing for me. Oh well, I was having a crap day anyway so this just rounded things off nicely.
