This is one of the only times my meal has been correct at a McDonald’s. The food was made correctly and not thrown together, and the meal looked like the picture. But this is hands down one of the dirtiest McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. The lobby is not busy at all.

I would like to recognize an exceptional employee named Amarie, who works at the McDonald’s located at McClintock and University in Tempe, AZ. Every time I visit, he greets customers with a genuine smile and a warm, positive attitude that stands out.

Amarie consistently goes above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. His kindness and professionalism create such a welcoming atmosphere that I actually choose to drive out of my way to visit this location because of him.

He is truly an asset to the McDonald’s team, and I hope his outstanding service is acknowledged and celebrated.

I went to the drive thru in a super great mood only to be looked at with attitude by the manager Maddie? Some girl in a red shirt. She gave us the food and no drink, caught an ugly attitude when I said I needed my drink and ketchup. She then let a regular worker wait while the lines filled just so they could give me diet and laugh about it. When I got home, I called to complain- the young man hung up on me and now they won't take my call.

THIS MCDONALDS IS TRASH SERVICE.

The manager had an attitude. If you don't like your job, quit. Don't treat your customers the way you feel, miserable.

Caveat Emptor With a video receipt I couldn't get a refund. The manager said I had to have a paper receipt. Mc Donald's receipt paper contains a chemical called BPA. Contact your lawyer if you have been given a paper receipt at this location. Go to your doctor immediately

Worst service I’ve ever received in my life. Ordered on the app for the drive through and came in to get my food instead. They told me they were working on it. 20 minutes later my friend orders and gets his food in under 3 minutes. When I asked for my food for the second time, they looked at me as if I were stupid and told me they were working on it. 10 minutes later I ask for a manager because I just want my food, he comes out and gives me attitude and tells me I shouldve gone through drive through. He takes another 15 minutes to bring me my food. Rude and lazy service, worst restaurant experience I’ve had in the last 10 years.

Ordered through the McDonald’s app and gave my number at the drive-thru. The first guy said he couldn’t hear me, so I repeated it a couple times, then another employee jumped in with a really bad attitude, saying “you don’t need to yell.” I calmly explained I was just trying to be heard, but she kept arguing and when I asked her why was she talking to me with an attitude she ended up refusing to take my order.

When I pulled up to the window, another employee (super nice) tried to help but said she had deleted my order. I asked about her name and he told me her name was Jessica. I asked to speak to her but she refused. App still marked it as “received,” so I wasn’t refunded.

Honestly a terrible experience unprofessional and rude. Ended up grabbing food at Cane’s instead

This McDonald’s is always slow and gets orders incorrect. I can order something on the mobile app 10-15 minutes ahead when they are slow and still get parked out front to wait. What’s the point of mobile ordering?

This particular Mcdonalds may be the worst serviced Mcdonalds Ive ever been to. And Ive been to Mcdonalds where the staff is almost entirely 16 year olds. The inability to use the systems and then have an attitude with the customers after is insane. Going to definitely be telling people to stay away from this Mcdonalds along with an official report to the corporate office for investigation into the employees.

Awful drive-thru worker who was rude and dismisive. i tried to correct the order saying that it was wrong and was i was just dismissed and he acted like i was dumb. he then gave us the wrong order and flat lied to me about a payment option. he had big spiked earrings and tattoos

I guess when you black you gotta prove you ordered food. When you white just say that you ordered food and they'll rush to get it for you. Never again. Bad visit after bad visit. Yeah this places really needs a overhaul. I'm beyond pissed with what I just encountered.
