The worst McDonald's I've ever been. It says 24/7 drive-thru. We reached at 1:30 AM. We placed our orders through the app (4 orders). We waited in queue until we reached the booth to give orders. The lady at the window was extremely rude to us. Also, we were allowed to ask for only 2 out of the 4 orders even though we had paid already and we were asked to come around again. It was a long a queue and the next time we got around, it was past 2 AM and they said the will only take cash-only orders. They made us wait all that time without informing this the first time around. Such poor service. Wasted a lot of our time. I have seen similar reviews about the employees. Never buying from that place ever again. Worst service I have ever seen ?

"only cash" for something that's been probably sitting for a while, not even sauce was added to it. It's 3 am, no other McDonald's is open and the only one that's open only has hot n spicy chicken. Like bruh all I wanted was a big Mac. Ya fr ran out of things? Or your staff are some lazy MFS who don't wanna do just cus it's late af.

This McDonalds is always so slow. The workers are rude if you ask about why it's taking so long especially when it's not busy. I have sat in the curbside pickup for 35 minutes before having to go inside to see that my food was done and the workers said that "we didn't see anyone parked out there".This McDonalds needs to shape up big time

The heavier set woman who I think might be the manager was completely rude and I got charged for extra topping on my sunder which wasn't a bad thing cuz that's how I ordered it but when I got my sunder at the window it wasn't at all how I requested and payed for it to come and instead of making a new one which she should have done she just added more topping on top so it was then a over flowing mess that then got all over the place. They should really learn how to do their jobs especially if it's a manager.

All honesty im starting to hate McDonald's i feel like the just steal people money at this point! I went today and had almost $50 order for the family and basically they take your payment but dont give u a receipt! And its like the guy to to basically throw my food at me to hurry up And rush me then they forget me, my drink i payed for on the receipt i lucky asked for!

Came to this page to leave a review for this McDonald's location and was surprised about the low-star average. My roommate and myself are McDonald's enthusiasts, so it's safe to say we've visiting countless McDonald's locations in Arizona. We both agree that this location is the quickest, best quality, and best service within a 50 mile radius. The only complaint we've ever had is the technical difficulties we experience through ordering within the app at this specific location (which isn't this location's fault). Anyone who rates this location below 5 stars has lost their mind.
The last two times we went to this location it was disappointing.Ordered a big breakfast and there were no eggs and no bisquet.The previous day we went to just get some hamburger combo meals and the hamburger patties were not cooked properly. They were raw in the middle.Thankfully I didn't get sick but the food quality and missing items are starting to become a common thing.Very disappointed

i’m not quite sure how the food quality at this location is, however they had a very clean and well lit bathroom. they allowed me to use it without purchasing anything, which can be hard to find nowadays.(bathroom pictured in background of photo)

Drove into the parking lot for breakfast and the place was dark, no lights or visible staff indicating the place was open. Big semi-truck dropping inventory. Drove down the street to jack in the box which was well lit and clearly
