Cancelled my breakfast order while I was on the way to pick it up. Worst customer service. They didn’t even offer me any explanation or try to look for my order.

Ordered online and picked up at the drive-thru window. Realized we were given a wrong order so handed it back to the staff immediately. Then the staff told us to leave and re-join the line, so we drove all the way around and re-entered. She said it was because we didn't tell the order number at the speaker (but we told them the name, and they didn't ask for any order number). We just want fries...Like, why??🫠

The customer service was spot on. Reminds me of my old days as a youth. Some of the friendly environment that when you ask for things they didn't get snippy they actually helped me. You know with everything I needed answered my questions cuz I didn't understand the kiosk and service was fast. I'll be it was a little messy. The bins were full but other than that the place was clean. The sodas were cold and the environment and atmosphere was kind of relaxed so it was pretty cool. Thanks, McDonald's 😄

Waited on drive thru and the lady was was being rude for no reason just because I didn’t have an order placed when I waited in each window for 2 min about and I got no help long story short she wanted me to go thru the whole line again saying to that I had to wait again

The staff is overwhelmed. No one inside the store was being helped. It seemed they were only focusing on the drive-thru. We've sat here for 15 minutes waiting for three items.

Thought it was 24hr they always have the drive thru blocked off here. 4:09am I asked the store manager if the place is open if she doesn’t see your order on the screen, she’ll ignore you

I usually come here bc the McDonalds by my house is horrible but I’m actually pretty annoyed right now because I drove an extra 6 min just to get fries harder then a potato chip. I payed 5$ for burnt cold unsalted fries.
Doesn’t give straws or ketchup when you Postmates/doordash their food

There was a homeless man in the woman's restroom. A little girl had went in there to use the restroom. Her father of course did not go in with her. When she opened the door to come out her father and I heard him saying something and we told him he shouldn't be in there. He just turned around talking trash as I was going to alert the employees.

Had a flag football game in town and the team decided to eat this Mcdonald's. The staff were very rude with our children because we came in right before the lobby closed. It shouldn't of been a problem since we came in during operating hours. The lady in blue (I'm assuming was the manger) basically threw the change at my daughter. The lobby floor was very sticky and in need of being swept and mopped. The food was basically thrown together and served. Would give 0 stars if I had the option. We will never visit this establishment again. The one location gives the others a bad name. The staff should find other jobs that have nothing to do with customer service. They obviously hate their jobs.
