Went thru the drive thru earlier this week. Food was good and cashier was nice so no complaints
rude employees hang up the phone while youre asking about their services
Poor customer service employees can’t read the order board correctly to make sure your order is correct!
I have given the benefit multiple times and order has been wrong again then you call the location and the girl who answers is rude as hell .people working fast food should treat customers orders as it’s there’s this location always has new people their training needs to be changed .
I am sick of going to the drive thru and getting excuses of why we can't order food in a 24/ hr drive thru . I gave you a 1 star cause I had to otherwise you would get none

Update: asked staff what's going on. They are chronically understaffed to skeleton crew levels with high turnover. Also, being near a high school and homeless camp makes it near impossible to keep up standards.
Managed like its in a ghetto. Trash everywhere. Restrooms locked while nearby locations are open. Leadership sucks with poor moral leading to many issues.

Just went through the drive through for breakfast. They did not get the order correct at all. Place is too busy for me inexperienced staff.
Vegetarian options: Not easy to order options without bacon or sausage.

Food is always correct the workers greet me with a smile. Hash browns fresh. The best McDonald’s in Tempe. Also to the comment that complained about them closing 15 minutes early. Get a life.

Always go to that McDonald’s and they always messed up my order. Had 2 $5 meal deals with both regular mcchickens, and a 20 pcs nuggets. And they forgot to put the mcchicken. It’s the 3rd that it has happened to me especially at this location. And I always go when it’s not busy.

Horrible customer service. I went through the drive thru with a friend & we payed separately, but ordered the exact same thing, no receipt given! We got to the second window and were handed ONE CORRECT order out of the TWO. They give us the meal we ordered & an incorrect one. We let the young lady know we ordered 2 meals and the other one wasn’t ours, she then says “ well i don’t see that order” , so instead of making her day harder we decide to go inside.
After going inside & waiting for someone to approach me, i explained the conflict , bringing the other meal they gave us that wasn’t ours hoping to get the meal we actually paid for. Neither one of the managers are professional or respectful, especially to students! They told me that only one person in the car paid, but they gave us two meals, so how? I then asked for my receipt & waited 5 minutes for it. Time goes by and i finally get BOTH receipts that “ so called only one person didn’t pay for” while being asked “ So what was the 2nd order”. I then ask “ so we both paid, correct?” Manager replying “ yea”
They gave us the 2nd correct order, and we said thank you. However, we got no apology and that’s my issue here because we made no issue for them, it was their fault they were disorganized & unprofessional.
They forgot 10pc nugget I called to tell them they forgot it and whoever answered phone sounded sick as he'll and shouldn't be there. Drove down there to go inside but door was locked and it says closes at 11pm it was 843pm. I don't like to complain because I've worked in fast food before but this location is consistently messing everything up.
Im bless to have receive service from this McDonald's, giving me what I want, and how I want it, regardless where their knowledge stands lol
Vegetarian options: You have to suggest, and create your own meals, if you are in need of an vegan dish.
Parking: Staff here are amazing individuals ! Reminds me, of the McDonald's Circle that I was part of back in Oceanside, California. Now that was a team...if we were to compete, with other staff across the world of all generations..this staff would be the only ones to see us eye to eye hahaha

If I could put half star I would, very very bad place,, I dine in I wish I didn’t,, inside smell very bad to sewer,, food was cold,, inside was very dirty, rude and unfriendly servers.

I'm not sure why I would go back to this McDonald's after such bad experiences in the past. I should take my own advice.
Yes this time I ordered a Filet-O-Fish again cooked to order.
Yes it was cooked to order after it had already been sitting on the line for some time they dropped it in the fryer for a second time. Also they toasted the bread which totally ruins a Filet-O-Fish.
I went back in to cook came out and offered to prepare a fresh fillet nice guy.
The cheeseburger I ordered for my granddaughter the bread was hard as a rock.Check your food when you order it at this McDonald's . Before you walk away before you drive away.

This McDonald's like all McDonald's the person taking your order may put it in properly. The person preparing your order will do it the way that they want to. Management is so busy running around doing all the things they need to do. But the lead on duty to fix this problem this is what he didThe manager on duty James fixed the problem. James thank you for those complementary strawberry pies that had expired 3 hours prior.
You may want something cooked fresh if the cook doesn't feel like doing it they won't the cook could care less how you want it. If he's got so much food backed up and doesn't want to prepare a new batch for you you can just forget about it. So what are you going to do about it? Not a thing. The only recourse you have is suffer through it once you get it home. You can call they're more than happy to replace it at a later date. Save your receipt.That's not what we want we want it done right the first time.
