We always come to this McDonald's and the coffees are made great! But today this morning, the coffee was given without any creamer so we had to ask even though extra was requested on the app...then when drank it...no caramel was present...so I don't know about this worker was careless! I was going to go back because I was pissed but probably not a good idea especially being upset...so just letting you know...need to teach worker their job.

The snack wraps are absolutely disgusting. I pre-ordered for pick up and was still parked even though the drive through line was long and they have plenty time. When I got the food the tortilla isnt even cooked or heated up or anything. Maybe I could understand getting parked if that was a least cooked but they just took it out the pack and slapped a chicken finger in it. I will go to jack in the box across the street every time now because its 10 times better. And this is coming from someone who literally eats anything so you know it has to be bad.

Ordered a bacon mcdouble and got all the way home just to notice there's no bacon. Wouldn't care if there wasn't a price difference tbh, but there is. Already drove 15 mins out of my way with a hungry 4 y/o bc the other mcdonalds nearest us is trash. After how rude the workers were, this was super disappointing.

I travel from Glendale to this McDonald's when I have to work 3 days a week. They have bags of ice on their menu and a poster advertising they sell ice but Everytime I order ice they never have any!! I don't understand why they can't just make a bag really quick? 3 days last week I asked and nope no ice! So I don't know if it's the workers at night that are supposed to make the bags or what but just make bags of ice please!!! SMH
Not participating in national cheese burger day. Guess they like losing people who appreciate that

I have tried many times with large gaps in between to come here for breakfast between 4-5am since I start early and you guys advertise your drive thru is open 24hours. None of those times I’ve tried has this location been open. And today, I saw an employee driving up and she tells me you guys ARENT open between that time. So, why advertise you are? One of the other times I tried, I saw as I pulled around an employee come out to smoke next to the building, wearing a headset. He clearly knew I was there. So fine. I won’t be trying anymore and I hope they shut you guys down.
