The lady in the drive thru last night had me park in #1 as I waited for my orders that I used my earned McDonalds App rewards to purchase I never got my orders. my friend order then they brung out his food and I never recieved my order

I been to other McDonald's in the area but this one is consistently good and always got what I ordered.

I went to this McDonald’s today like I do almost every day during my lunch break. They charged me 3 times for one order!! Refused to bring a manager out! They cancelled my online order right as I got there. App gave me no option and disappeared. Went inside for help and there’s 20 or more people, most waiting at the counter. When I finally got help they just had me purchase at the counter which was double charged. Their phone is disconnected so I can either resolve this in person or with my bank. They also did not provide any receipt to me today for 2 of those transactions. I do not understand why on earth I was TRIPLE charged for one order. Contacted support, Filed a report on BBB, and updated my google review. This McDonald’s franchise location is dysfunctional and this is the second time I’ve been charged multiple times. I am furious.

Fountain drink station in the dining area, but they don’t give you a cup to get a drink. People Still waiting on their food. They don’t have napkins in the dining area. Lady dropped off food but didn’t take the number back. Tables are all dirty and bathroom probably hasn’t been cleaned all weekend. Wow:/

Adding: I asked for half sweet half unsweetened tea and got all sweet. Just like the girl who complained when I first got here🤦‍♀️ they don’t learn

Drive through service continues to be slow 🐌. Their price increases seem to have paused, but McDonald's may have permanently lost their place as the most budget friendly fast-food place. In the 2020s, other places are cheaper, and get you your food quicker.

I really like this location. Has a tiny slide for toddlers as well as the large obstacle course for older kids. Has an ordering kiosk and they bring you you order with a number place card. Clean. Good customer service and the food is cooked well.

Some of the best McDonalds I’ve had, dining inside is good. Only complaint is drive thru ordering. Person in evening has ear wax blocking out the headset or the just don’t have any patience when taking orders. Everything else is good, it’s just drive thru ordering that’s the problem.

Went through the drive-through ordered a Two cheeseburger meal. I paid and instead of giving me my order, they asked me to pull around and park in space number four. I’m sitting here parked now. It’s been seven minutes, still no food. I used to come to McDonald’s for the speedy service and convenience only.. if the product isn’t coming out fast, why bother coming here, it’s not really food is it?This is the second time I’ve experienced something like this. I’m not sure why anyone would want to pay money then drive away without my food and go park in a different location and wait hoping they bring my food out.

So open dining room on Saturday close at 9 PM . You show up at 8 20 for order 2 fries and it'was already close . I walk the order speaker to tell them doors is not opening it's only 8 20 and i dont want to go with 12 cars on the drive in for 2 frnech fries. They said " ooh we don't know why doors are close "
They just locked up . They unlocked infront of me . Respect hours opening or put a notice said nobody can walk in 45 min before the close time .

Orders from the parking lot, walked inside immediately, order was never called when we asked about it, we were give it cold as it had been sitting for some time.
