This particular McDonald's has a lot of issues.
They never have the ice cream machine working.
I use the mobile app and I decided to use a reward and get a Frappe for free and they accepted the order, but couldn't make the frappe. She couldn't give me back the reward so I just took an iced tea instead.
I feel like I wasted my reward.

We went there 3 times in an 8 day period (vacation). The first 2 times, they didn't have forks (that was weird). However, the third time, they did. Each time, the service was fast, and the order was correct.
