Waited 15 minutes in the mobile pickup spot after checking in and had to go inside to grab my order because I was tired of watching cars go through the drive through while i waited. I wish I could cancel my order because my food was cold too but I know the employees are understaffed.

Do you like lukewarm coffee and breakfast burritos that have been sitting too long and they're hard now? Perhaps you like waiting over 5 min for someone to bring you food after you ordered on the kiosk? Or perhaps you like ketchup and condiments poured on your burger so much so that it pours off it? Perhaps you like fries coated in salt, so bitter you can't even eat them and when you try to wash it down with your drink, they couldn't even fill up your drink all the way. You'd think these employees are taking it out if their own fridge to give to you. Find people that take pride in work and actually want to deliver fresh, hot food.

It has been multiple times that i was given a chicken patty in the burger that was not fryed at all. There is a difference between cold and something that was frozen and just thawed at room temp and given. Will be calling food safety officers.

i ordered online and went to pick it up and then they let me know that they had to cancel the order and reorder and charge me. i then waited for 15 minutes to receive my mobile order that i ordered 45 minutes prior.

Pulled up at 445 because it says they open at 430am. I ordered on the app so I couldn’t just go to the next closest. I look them up on here and it says opens at 5am. Now that makes no sense considering they have two huge signs on two different windows of the building saying they open at 430. That should be taken down because it’s not true.

AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COSTS!!!Holy hell, how.... how do you keep screwing up simple orders. Do you guys not read English? Can you read? It's absolutely astounding that you read a breakfast sandwhich has added American cheese but don't put egg on it when it's in the same sentence that says add American cheese! Not to mention hashbrowns that are still cold and soggy not crispy, literally just falls apart into mush. Someone please just shut this place down. They never get it right, I didn't have a choice when ordering because I ordered through the McDonald's app otherwise I would have chosen a different place. The people are rude here and don't care at all. Im convinced management is ignorant and can't read and is hiring others who also can't read nor care for just very basic respect and responsibility when working for a company. Just pathetic how little care or respect this location has. Avoid at all costs. Almost 35 dollars spent just to go into the dang trash!

For some reason I always got off vibes about this place since i moved down from it! They do not know how to wrap things correctly they just throw it in the bag and send it off to go. I ordered three bacon egg and cheese sandwiches and they didn’t give me no egg. Bad service shut this place down or give it to someone who actually cares about the food and the people buying from there! No respect these people show!

6:30 am on 05/20/2025 dining room closed not enough staff the gas attendant said. No customers at drive thru either. So, went to Dunkin Donuts they were open and dining room was too.
