Food was warm and fresh. Service was a bit slow. Location appeared to be understaffed so the person attending the register was also running orders out to waiting cars for online pickup orders as well as helping group inside orders for eat-in customers. Other than that, the place alpeared clean and well-maintained.

Ordered no mustard. Got mustard on my burger... Burger was cold and slapped together very sloppily, wish I had took a picture. Tables were dirty. Homeless people laying down outside by the door and by the cars in the parkinglot. I don't ever eat at places like this but we were on a long drive and had to eat. Wouldn't return at all.

Doors were locked at 6:20 am. A homeless man was leaving let me in. Location has the feel of a morgue, an atmosphere they all seem to have, the seating is super hard. Kiosk would not allow me to order plain biscuit like most do. Had to order old fashioned way. Staff seemed nice, not the second happiest place on earth...anymore.

Worst service I've ever received from the drive thru person on intercom. Literally, told him the entire order twice and he still can't get it right. Not sure if he has a learning disability or he was an DEI hire but you may want to replace him with someone who knows what they re doing*

If I could put zero stars I would… this place is absolutely disgusting and the people working there apparently aren’t smart enough to get an order correct. Food is always cold even though they make you sit and wait in the numbered parking spots to “cook” the food.. Save your money and just drive to the next McDonald’s down the street..

Interesting how I cannot tell corporate how terrible this location is, as online form is not accepting my entry. This morning my partner was overcharged and denied a receipt. Because he is nonconfrontional, he brought home an incorrect order, soggy unappetizing food, and because he was denied a receipt I cannot inform location manager. We will never attempt to give this business our money again.
