Everytime i pull up to this drive thru at 5am, the store acts like it closed still. No one says anything. Then when i pull around i see people working. Why advertise on website your open at 5am if no one will help you. This has happened 2 times. Dont go to this location for breakfast at 5am or even close to that time. I get it if no one wants to work but, i start my day early and i expect a Business to be open when they post hours and should be open. This place is completely a joke.

Krislyn was an amazing worker. She was very kind and patient. Her attitude was above and beyond. I don’t know if she will have any credit for this but she did a great job. I come to this location a lot and everyone is not like her I like her attitude and her voice. 1/1/26.

Some days they are okay but a lot of days they are not.But this day definitely terrible, had to pull around front.Waited for almost twenty minutes and then part of my order wasn't even in my bag. A lot of people were struggling with their orders.Saw several people have to go back in and out, it's not that hard you can do better mcdonald's , the only positive was the woman at the first drive through window. She was honest and nice about the. Mcflurry machines.😂 but everything else, terrible, everyone else, terrible.Y'all need to take some customer service lessons from the lady .At the first drive thru window lol 😆 and the whole reason I was told to pull around front was they were waiting on fries and the fries were soggy and trash, not even hot.......

Honestly, I dont what is happening at this location. GAHLEE! Get it together. I watched several cars being told to park and wait for their food. Then for them to just bring out half the order, be told it's half the order for them to never return with the rest! As a GM this is UNACCEPTABLE! This purely falls on the Manager! It clearly isnt organized well and ran properly! If your staff cant handle the volume roll up your sleeves.

Enrique the manager here helped me get my food when I came in today. The quality of the food was excellent this is one of the best McDonald’s I’ve been too.
Enrique and his crew tonight 11/22/2025 Enrique and his crew tonight were very attentive and compassionate to customers tonight during the rain tonight as I waited for my burger inside the location , another gentlemen ordered a deal that I didn’t know about and when I asked Enrique filled me in on what the deal was an upgraded for only 77 cents which for me right now is the long week before payday now my stomach is a little fuller on what I can afford this week for food. Fast service, sympathetic, attention to detail. Thank you guys 👊🏼

Drive-thru sucks...they make you go park up front and wait for them to bring out the food....when there are no cars behind you... Not kid friendly inside either of you go inside...the mini games screens don't even work most of the time. I avoid going there..and I live up road....I'll go to Burger King instead

Ive been waiting in the drive thru for over 5 minutes now. 4 other cars with me. No on has even taken the order of the car in front of me. They have 2 drive thru lanes. This location sucks.
Edit: update 30 mins at the drive thru. Told to wait at space #6. Was never brought my beverage. Tired of waiting so I left. Very unprofessional, along with the kid at the drive thru window. 10/10 do not recommend.
The dude running the food out to the cars was cool.
