“This is a Syrian-style gem in Scottsdale. Twice I have been here and treated like family. We had pizza, babaganoush, and grape leaves. Each dish is crafted with love and care. The babaganoush was smokey and garlicky, the grape leaves were tender. I liked the new York style pizza crust. I was also informed they have a booth at uptown farmer's market, where they regularly sell out of their items. No surprise, the food is amazing and served with a smile!“

“The owner Mr.Isam is the sweetest man, his hospitality is amazing. The lemon chicken breast and the lamb are divine! We cleaned the plates! The pastries are wonderful and the coffee right on point. If you don’t eat there you will highly regret it. Next time we go to Phoenix we will eat there without a doubt!!!“

“It was pretty, good, definitely not worth 4.9 stars. No idea how it was this high. The vegetables in the cheese steak were cut too big. The shawarma wasn't nearly as good as all the reviews say in my opinion. Don't get me wrong it was solid for the price. There wasn't anything actually bad, but nothing really stood out. I ordered 3 entrees and none of it was good with me to make me want to come back.

“Was super excited to have found this place. I have been looking for that soup for a minute. Reminds me of Merakis in Vegas. First time soup was lukewarm and second time rice was lukewarm warm lol. If you can fix that then you will have a longtime client.“

“Easily my new favorite spot! Gyros are loaded with meat, overflowing, and packed with flavor. Gyro, chicken, or steak are all incredible. Pro tip: get it Firefighter style for a bit of extra and that spicy kick. The staff is super friendly, the restaurant is spotless, and the service is always fast. I'd give them 6 stars if I could.“

“Pita Valley is hands down one of the best hidden gems in Tempe. From the moment you walk in, you can feel the love and care that goes into this family owned spot. The food is absolutely outstanding. The crispy chicken shawarma is unreal, perfectly seasoned, crispy, juicy, and packed with flavor. Every bite just makes you want more.
We also tried a variety of dishes and everything was top tier. Beef and chicken shawarma, sujuk, skewers, rice, tabbouleh, each item was fresh, balanced, and incredibly flavorful. The tabbouleh is some of the best I’ve had, and the rice is perfectly seasoned. Even the pastries were amazing.
Owner Ozzie is incredibly welcoming and treats you like family. He took the time to walk us through the menu, show us the market inside, and genuinely cared about our experience. You don’t get that everywhere.
If you’re anywhere near ASU or Tempe, this is a must visit for Lebanese and Middle Eastern food. Easily a five star experience and a place I’ll keep coming back to.“
