There is no way this is listed at 4.2 the food is nothing but frozen food you can buy at grocery store. The morning breakfast is horrible, the toast isn't even brown and comes out cold. The cook can't even cook an egg correctly. The hash browns are the square frozen style they heat in the microwave. How this place is in business is beyond me. The wait staff in the morning is horrible just kids that stand around and talk instead of filling your coffee cup, I eventually just did it myself. Do us all a favor and close the business.

Some things are ok. The menu changed and they took their staple dish away. 40 year old recipe with this hotel is gone along with a really good menu items. It's pretty much a Hilton menu now. This honestly is what kept me coming back here. I will probably look for another hotel to frequent while in Tempe.
As a Diamond member I get to frequent many Hilton properties but this is probably one of my favorites The buffet was perfect “Above “Diamond tree standard which is always great Pauline my server was one point making it perfect and the others seating and helping were great! Please make this Hilton your spot to stay …everything is amazing !

Emma was our server and she was an absolute gem!! Food didn’t take long and was delicious. I got the grilled cheese with tomato soup and it was such a delicious meal after a long day. If you like grilled cheese I think it had 2 different cheeses - it stretched so good and the soup made it so much better. The bacon was incredible.
