I really hope Mochinut can improve their packaging and hygiene. When I received my order, especially the drinks, they were not properly sealed or wrapped in any protective plastic. It’s very important for food and beverages to be securely packed and sealed, especially when delivered, because we don’t know who might touch the items along the way.
For example, the donuts were placed in a big plastic bag, which is good, but it would be much better if each item was individually wrapped or sealed to ensure cleanliness. Adding a hygiene seal or safety pack would really help protect the food and show care for customers’ health.
Maintaining good hygiene is not only about presentation but also about customer safety. Proper packaging helps prevent contamination and builds trust, plus it protects the company from possible complaints or issues if someone gets sick.
I love Mochinut’s products, but please take extra care with the hygiene and packaging for future orders.

I had the Ube one and it was great. Considering I'm not a huge fan of donuts or mochi, that says something. The girl behind the counter was sweet and courteous. I'll have to try more flavors next time.
This location always has the best service! The staff was really nice and took her time to answer my questions and recommend yummy treats.
Highly recommend Taro Milk Tea with Boba, Potato Original K-dog, Mochi donuts, and Mochiballs! Everything is made fresh and delicious!

Mochi donuts are sooo fun and chewy! Easy to get hooked. I especially liked the Holiday Matcha that was decorated in Christmas colors. The Original was slightly sour the way I like it. There just isn’t any other dessert I know that comes close to the chewy texture of mochi donuts! I like how they have a labeled display of their daily donut offerings at the front of the counter. Overall the tiny shop was colorful, bright, and clean. It’s kinda hidden and not easy to find because it’s so small. But if you haven’t stopped by yet to try one you are missing out!

Not only that, but the mochi donuts were incredible! The flavor selection was great, the texture is so unique and fun as well. Definitely a must try place!

I was having a really bad morning and nothing was going alright so I decided to get some boba to lift my spirits. I put in my notes I would pay extra for extra boba and brown sugar . My order arrives and I literally cried they went out of thier way to make my day better with a beautiful note!
